Claims (7)
- 巻始側通電端子及び巻終側通電端子が設けられたコイルボビンと、該コイルボビンに巻装されるとともに、始端が前記巻始側通電端子に絡げられて固定され、終端が前記巻終側通電端子に絡げられて固定されるマグネットワイヤと、該マグネットワイヤの外周部を覆うモールド樹脂とを備えるコイル装置であって、
前記巻終側通電端子には、基端側から前記マグネットワイヤが絡げられる巻終側基端絡げ部と巻終側先端絡げ部とが設けられるとともに、前記巻終側基端絡げ部と前記巻終側先端絡げ部との間で前記マグネットワイヤを前記巻終側通電端子に結線する巻終側結線部が設けられ、
前記マグネットワイヤの終端は、前記巻終側先端絡げ部のかしめ及び/又はヒュージングにより前記巻終側通電端子に固定され、
前記巻終側先端絡げ部は、前記巻終側通電端子から突設されて前記マグネットワイヤが絡げられる巻付け部と、該巻付け部から突設されて前記巻終側通電端子に当接せしめられる当接部とを有していることを特徴とするコイル装置。 - 前記巻終側通電端子の長さ方向における前記巻付け部の幅は、該方向における前記当接部の幅と比較して狭いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記巻終側先端絡げ部の前記巻付け部と前記巻終側結線部とは同じ幅で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記巻終側通電端子は断面矩形を有し、前記巻終側先端絡げ部と前記巻終側結線部とは、前記巻終側通電端子における同じ面に対面するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 前記巻始側通電端子には、先端側から前記マグネットワイヤが絡げられる巻始側先端絡げ部と巻始側基端絡げ部とが設けられるとともに、前記巻始側先端絡げ部と前記巻始側基端絡げ部との間で前記マグネットワイヤを前記巻始側通電端子に結線する巻始側結線部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置を有するステッピングモータと、弁口を有する弁本体と、前記ステッピングモータへの通電により発生する駆動力により駆動されて前記弁口を開閉する弁軸と、を備えることを特徴とする電動弁。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル装置と、弁口を有する弁本体と、前記コイル装置への通電により発生する磁力により駆動されて前記弁口を開閉する弁軸と、を備えることを特徴とする電磁弁。
