Description
Claims (20)
- 床洗浄システムであって、
表面洗浄装置(10)であって、
供給タンク(20)、ポンプ(94)及び流体散布器(90)を備える流体送出システムと、
回収タンク(22)及びモーター(64)を備える回収システムと、
前記ポンプ(94)及び前記モーター(64)に選択的に給電する充電式バッテリー(372)と、
前記充電式バッテリー(372)の充電を制御するバッテリー充電回路(430)と、
ユーザーインターフェース(30)であって、該ユーザーインターフェースを通して、ユーザーが該表面洗浄装置(10)とインタラクトすることができ、該ユーザーインターフェース(30)は、自己洗浄モード入力制御部(40)を備え、該自己洗浄モード入力制御部によって、自己洗浄動作モードの自動洗浄除去サイクルが開始され、前記自己洗浄動作モード中、前記ポンプ(94)及び前記モーター(64)が通電される、ユーザーインターフェースと、
前記流体送出システム及び前記回収システムの動作を制御するコントローラー(308)であって、ユーザーからの入力を受けるように前記ユーザーインターフェース(30)と作動的に連結される、コントローラーと、
を備える、表面洗浄装置と、
前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記バッテリー(372)の充電及び前記表面洗浄装置(10)の自己洗浄のために前記表面洗浄装置(10)とドッキングするように構成された洗浄トレー(380)と、
を備え、
前記バッテリー充電回路(430)は、前記自動洗浄除去サイクル中は無効化される、床洗浄システム。 - 前記コントローラー(308)は、前記自動洗浄除去サイクル中に前記ポンプ(94)及び前記モーター(64)を作動させるように構成され、それによって、前記ポンプ(94)は、前記供給タンク(20)から洗浄流体を引き込み、前記流体散布器(90)は、洗浄流体をスプレーし、前記モーター(64)は、前記回収タンク(22)に回収するように前記洗浄トレー(380)から洗浄流体を抽出する、請求項1に記載の床洗浄システム。
- 前記コントローラー(308)は、前記自己洗浄モード入力制御部(40)が作動されたら、前記自己洗浄動作モードの前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の床洗浄システム。
- 前記表面洗浄装置(10)は、
前記回収システムの回収路内のブラシロール(60)と、
前記ブラシロール(60)を回転させるように前記ブラシロール(60)に作動的に連結されるブラシロールモーター(96)
と、
前記ブラシロール(60)から流体及びデブリを抽出するように構成された吸引ノズル(54)と、
を備える、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の床洗浄システム。 - 前記洗浄トレー(380)は、前記表面洗浄装置(10)が該洗浄トレー(380)とドッキングされる際、前記吸引ノズル(54)及び前記ブラシロール(60)と位置合わせされる排水受け(410)を備える、請求項4に記載の床洗浄システム。
- 前記表面洗浄装置(10)は、前記充電式バッテリー(372)の状態を監視するバッテリー監視回路(432)を備える、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の床洗浄システム。
- 前記洗浄トレー(380)は、少なくとも1つの充電接点(382)と、電力コード(388)と、家庭用コンセントに差し込まれるように構成された壁充電器(434)とを備え、
前記表面洗浄装置(10)は、該表面洗浄装置(10)が前記洗浄トレー(380)とドッキングされる際、前記洗浄トレー(380)の前記少なくとも1つの充電接点(382)と結合するように構成された、少なくとも1つの対応する充電接点(384)を備える、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の床洗浄システム。 - 前記表面洗浄装置(10)は、被洗浄面を横切って移動するように適合された基部(14)を備え、前記洗浄トレー(380)は、前記表面洗浄装置(10)が該洗浄トレー(380)とドッキングされる際、前記基部(14)を収納するように構成されている、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の床洗浄システム。
- 洗浄トレー(380)においてドッキングされた表面洗浄装置(10)の自己洗浄方法(440)であって、前記表面洗浄装置(10)は、バッテリー(372)と、流体送出システムと、回収路を有する回収システムとを備え、前記洗浄トレー(380)は、前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記バッテリー(372)を充電するように構成され、該方法(440)は、
前記表面洗浄装置(10)の自己洗浄動作モードを開始することと、
前記洗浄除去サイクル中、前記バッテリー(372)の充電を制御するバッテリー充電回路(430)を無効化することと、
自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行して、前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記回収路の少なくとも一部を自己洗浄することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記洗浄除去サイクルの終了後、前記充電回路(430)を有効化して、前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記バッテリー(372)を充電することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記表面洗浄装置(10)を前記洗浄トレー(380)においてドッキングした後、前記充電回路(430)を有効化して、前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記バッテリー(372)を充電することを含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリー充電回路(430)は、前記バッテリー(372)が前記洗浄除去サイクル中に充電されないように、前記洗浄除去サイクルの時間中は無効化される、請求項9ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄トレー(380)を用いて、前記表面洗浄装置(10)の前記流体送出システムと前記流体回収システムとの間で閉ループを確立することを含む、請求項9ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自己洗浄動作モードを開始することは、前記表面洗浄装置(10)における自己洗浄モード入力制御部(40)が作動されたら、前記表面洗浄装置(10)のコントローラー(308)によって前記自己洗浄動作モードを開始することを含む、請求項9ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自己洗浄モード入力制御部(40)の作動によって、前記バッテリー充電回路(430)を無効化する、請求項9ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行することは、前記バッテリー(372)によって、バキュームモーター(64)、ブラシモーター(96)及びポンプ(94)のうちの少なくとも1つに給電することを含む、請求項9ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行することは、洗浄流体を前記表面洗浄装置(10)のブラシロール(60)上にスプレーすることを含む、請求項9ないし16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行することは、前記ブラシロール(60)から洗浄流体を抽出することと、洗浄流体を前記表面洗浄装置(10)の回収タンク(22)に溜めることとを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行することは、洗浄流体を前記表面洗浄装置(10)の流体散布器(90)に圧送することを含む、請求項9ないし18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動洗浄除去サイクルを実行することは、前記洗浄トレー(380)の排水受け(410)から洗浄流体を抽出することを含む、請求項9ないし19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
