Description
- The present disclosure relates to the field of floor scrubber technologies, and more particularly to a vertical household floor scrubber.
- Environmental hygiene is an important factor affecting quality of life. Therefore, as people's requirements for quality of life are increasingly high, requirements for environmental hygiene are also correspondingly increasingly high. However, as work pressure of modern people is increasing rapidly, there is an urgent need for liberation from heavy cleaning work. Therefore, many devices for floor cleaning appear to improve environmental hygiene, and vacuum cleaners, automatic mop machines, sweepers, and floor scrubbers are commonly used. A floor scrubber is a cleaning machine adapted to clean hard floors while sucking up sewage and taking the sewage away from a site, and has advantages such as environmentally friendliness, energy saving, and high efficiency.
- Because most of the floor scrubbers in the prior art are charged by using only a charging base, a rechargeable battery on a floor scrubber is integrated with a body of the floor scrubber. If the charging base is damaged or the rechargeable battery is damaged, the integrated rechargeable battery is difficult to disassemble. Consequently, the floor scrubber is unusable. Therefore, improvement needs to be made.
- An objective of the present disclosure is to provide, in response to shortcomings and deficiencies of the prior art, a vertical household floor scrubber, having advantages of detachability of a battery, convenient disassembly and assembly of the battery, stable assembly of the battery, a reasonable structural design, a good self-cleaning effect, and convenient disassembly and assembly of a clean water tank and a sewage tank.
- To achieve the foregoing objective, a technical solution adopted in the present disclosure is: A vertical household floor scrubber, including: a base, where a traveling wheel and a cleaning component are disposed on the base; a floor scrubber body disposed on the base and capable of rotating relative to the base to help the cleaning component to perform a cleaning operation, where a mounting portion is disposed on the floor scrubber body, and one side of the mounting portion away from the base is provided with a mounting groove; a rechargeable battery, where the rechargeable battery is detachably mounted in the mounting groove, and the rechargeable battery is electrically connected to a component in the mounting portion; and a mounting structure, where the mounting structure is disposed between the rechargeable battery and the mounting groove, and the mounting structure is configured to implement detachable assembly between the rechargeable battery and the mounting groove.
- Further, the mounting structure includes: an engaging groove provided on an inner side wall of the mounting groove; an engaging block mounted on an outer side wall of the rechargeable battery, where the engaging block is capable of moving relative to the rechargeable battery to move away from or adjacent to the engaging groove, and the engaging block fits the engaging groove; and a first elastic member disposed between the engaging block and the rechargeable battery, where when the engaging block is fitted into the engaging groove, the first elastic member is configured to tightly press the engaging block into the engaging groove; or an engaging groove provided on an outer side wall of the rechargeable battery; an engaging block mounted on an inner side wall of the mounting groove, where the engaging block is capable of moving relative to an inner wall of the mounting groove to move away from or adjacent to the engaging groove, and the engaging block fits the engaging groove; and a first elastic member disposed between the engaging block and the mounting groove, where when the engaging block is fitted into the engaging groove, the first elastic member is configured to tightly press the engaging block into the engaging groove.
