Claims (14)
- 靴の一部を製造する方法であって、
a.型の中に、前記靴の第1の部分のための第1の材料を堆積させるステップと、
b.前記型を振動させ、前記型内の前記第1の材料の分布を変更するステップと、
c.前記第1の材料の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に溶融させてから凝固させるステップと、
d.前記型内の前記第1の材料の凝固した部分の上に、前記靴の第2の部分のための第2の材料を堆積させるステップと、
e.前記型を振動させ、前記型内の前記第2の材料の分布を変更するステップと、
f.前記第2の材料の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に溶融させてから凝固させるステップと
を含み、
(i)前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料は、発泡粒子である、または(ii)前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料は、5mm未満の直径を有する顆粒、微細顆粒、もしくは粉末である、前記方法。 - 前記型を振動させるステップは、前記型の2次元または3次元の移動を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップc.の前記溶融させてから凝固させるステップは、前記型の局所的な熱源および冷却源を用いることによって、または前記型に局所的に作用を及ぼすことによって、前記第1の材料の選択部分を選択的に溶融させてから凝固させるステップを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記型の局所的な熱源および冷却源を用いることによって、または前記型に局所的に作用を及ぼすことによって、選択的に溶融させてから凝固させる前記ステップは、前記型の2次元または3次元の移動を含む、請求項3に記載の方法
- ステップa.の前記型の中に前記第1の材料を堆積させるステップは、前記型の選択領域の中に前記第1の材料を選択的に堆積させるステップを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料を選択的に堆積させるステップは、前記型の移動を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的に堆積させるステップは、3cm未満の精度で実行される、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料および第2の材料の前記発泡粒子は、熱可塑性エラストマで作られている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマは、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマ、熱可塑性スチレンブロックコポリマー、および熱可塑性ブタジエンブロックコポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料および/または前記第2の材料を堆積させる前および/または後に、前記型内に1つまたは複数のインサートを位置付けするステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型は、完成したスポーツ靴の雌型である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型は、スポーツ靴の甲革の外側層の構造を決定するようになされている構造内壁を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型は、ロボットアームによって移動させられ、このロボットアームは、前記型の3次元移動を実行することができる、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型は、多軸取付け式の型である、請求項13に記載の方法。
