Claims (21)
- スポーツ用品、特にスポーツ靴の少なくとも一部を製造する方法であって、
a.型の中に第1の材料を堆積させるステップと、
b.型を振動させ、型内の第1の材料の分布を変更するステップとを含む方法。 - 型を振動させるステップは、型の2次元または3次元の移動を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の材料の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップは、好ましくは型の局所的な熱源および/または冷却源を用いることによって、または型に局所的に作用を及ぼすことによって、第1の材料の選択部分を選択的に溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- スポーツ用品、特にスポーツ靴の少なくとも一部を製造する方法であって、
a.型の中に第1の材料を堆積させるステップと、
b.好ましくは型の局所的な熱源および/または冷却源を用いることによって、または型に局所的に作用を及ぼすことによって、第1の材料の選択部分を選択的に少なくとも一部溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップとを含む方法。 - 好ましくは型の局所的な熱源および/または冷却源を用いることによって、または型に局所的に作用を及ぼすことによって、選択的に溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップは、型の2次元または3次元の移動を含む、請求項4または5に記載の方法
- 型の中に材料を堆積させるステップは、型の選択領域の中に第1の材料を選択的に堆積させるステップを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の材料を選択的に堆積させるステップは、型の移動を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 選択的に堆積させるステップは、3cm未満、好ましくは2cm未満、より好ましくは1cm未満の精度で実行される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- c.型の中に第2の材料を堆積させるステップと、
d.型を振動させ、型内の第2の材料の分布を変更するステップと、
e.第2の材料の少なくとも一部を少なくとも部分的に溶融するおよび/または凝固させるステップと
をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 第2の材料は、第1の材料の少なくとも部分的に溶融および/または凝固した部分の上へ少なくとも部分的に堆積させられる、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の材料および/または第2の材料は、発泡粒子および/または繊維で構成される、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 第1の材料および第2の材料は、同じ材料クラス、特に熱可塑性エラストマ製である、請求項10〜12の1つに記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性エラストマは、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、TPU、熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマ、好ましくはポリエーテルエステルおよび/またはポリエステル、熱可塑性コポリアミド、好ましくは熱可塑性スチレンおよび/またはブタジエンブロックコポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の材料および/または第2の材料は、好ましくは5mm未満、好ましくは3mm未満、より好ましくは1mm未満の直径を有する顆粒、微細顆粒、または粉末である、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の材料および/または第2の材料を堆積させる前および/または後に、型内に1つまたは複数のインサートを位置付けするステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 型は、本質的に完成したスポーツ用品、特に脛当、ボール、またはスポーツ靴の雌型である、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 型は、構造内壁、特にスポーツ靴の甲革の外側層の構造を決定するようになされている構造内壁を備える、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 型は、ロボットアームによって移動させられ、このロボットアームは、型の3次元移動を実行することができる、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 型は、多軸取付け式の型である、請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- スポーツ用品、特にスポーツ靴であって、スポーツ用品の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造される、スポーツ用品、特にスポーツ靴。
