Description
上記実施形態においては、一対のブレーキパッド13の裏板13aの外周部に凹部13cを設け、一対のブレーキパッド13が凹部13cのトレーリング側の側面に第一被押圧部13c1を有し、凹部13cの底面に設けた突出部13dの端面13d1に第二被押圧部13d2を有するようにした。
Claims (4)
- 円盤状のディスクロータと、
前記ディスクロータの外周部の一部分を跨ぐように設けられて、前記ディスクロータの軸方向の両側に配置されたピストンを収容するキャリパと、
前記キャリパの内部にて前記ピストンにより押圧されて、前記ディスクロータを前記軸方向の両側から押圧する一対のブレーキパッドと、
前記ディスクロータの周方向にてリーディング側及びトレーリング側に設けられて前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドを前記キャリパに対して前記軸方向に移動可能に支持する一対のパッドピンと、
前記軸方向に延在する基部と、前記基部から前記周方向にて前記リーディング側及び前記トレーリング側に延在して前記一対の前記パッドピンに係止される係止部と、を有し、前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドを押圧するパッドスプリングと、を備えたピストン対向型のディスクブレーキであって、
前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドは、
外周部の前記トレーリング側に設けられて前記ディスクロータの径方向にて外方に向けて立設された第一被押圧部と、前記外周部から前記ディスクロータの径方向にて外方に向けて突出する突出部の端面に設けられ、且つ、前記第一被押圧部に垂直な第二被押圧部と、を有し、
前記パッドスプリングは、
前記軸方向に延在して前記基部に設けられ、前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドの前記第一被押圧部を前記トレーリング側に向けて押圧する第一押圧部と、
前記軸方向に延在して前記基部に設けられ、前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドの前記第二被押圧部を前記径方向にて内方に向けて押圧する第二押圧部と、を有するように構成され、
前記第一押圧部が、前記第一被押圧部における第一押圧点にて前記第一被押圧部を前記トレーリング側に向けて垂直に押圧することにより、前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドを前記トレーリング側に向けて押圧する第一押圧力を作用させ、
前記第二押圧部が、前記第二被押圧部における第二押圧点にて前記第二被押圧部を前記径方向にて前記内方に向けて垂直に押圧することにより、前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドを前記径方向にて前記内方に向けて押圧する第二押圧力を作用させ、
前記第一押圧点及び前記第二押圧点が、前記第二押圧力の作用方向に直交する第一仮想平面上に存在するように、前記突出部の前記端面が設けられ、且つ、
前記第一押圧力の大きさが前記第二押圧力の大きさに比べて大きく設定されており、
制動時において、前記第一押圧点を中心とする前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドの回転挙動を生じさせるピストン対向型のディスクブレーキ。 - 前記第二押圧部は、前記周方向にて、前記第一押圧部よりも前記リーディング側に設けられる請求項1に記載のピストン対向型のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記第一押圧部及び前記第二押圧部は、
前記基部から前記一対の前記ブレーキパッドに向けて前記軸方向に直交する方向に突出し、且つ、前記基部に前記軸方向にて互いに平行となるように設けられる請求項1又は請求項2に記載のピストン対向型のディスクブレーキ。 - 前記第一押圧力の作用方向と、前記第二押圧力の作用方向と、は、
前記軸方向に直交し、且つ、前記第一押圧点及び前記第二押圧点が存在する第二仮想平面上において互いに直交する請求項1に記載のピストン対向型のディスクブレーキ。
