いれて保存したところ、包装袋の最内層に接した製品中のS−フルルビプロフェンの含有量が減少し、包装袋に吸着することを発見した。
(1)S−フルルビプロフェンまたは医薬的に許容されるその塩と、ハッカ油とを含有する外用剤組成物を包装袋により封入している包装体であって、その包装袋の最内層がポリエチレンであることを特徴とする包装体、
(2)ポリエチレンが低密度ポリエチレンである、(1)に記載の包装体、
(3)外用剤組成物が、さらにプロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステルを含む、(1)又は(2)に記載の包装体、
(4)包装袋が、アルミラミネート袋である、(1)〜(3)のいずれか1つに記載の包装体、

(6)包装袋の構成が、最内層から、ポリエチレン、アルミ箔、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを有する、(1)〜(5)のいずれか1つに記載の包装体、
(7)外用剤組成物が、貼付剤である(1)〜(6)のいずれか1つに記載の包装体、
に関する。
トール(C10H20O : 156.27) として、30.0%以上を含む。主成分は,l‐メントール,メントン,ピネン,カンフェン,メンテノン,リモネン,セスキテルペンなどである。ハッカ油の好ましい配合量は、外用剤基剤中、例えば貼付剤の場合は膏体層中に1〜10質量%である。医薬としては鎮痛、鎮痒、収れん、消炎の用途に用いることができる。また、添加物として基剤、矯味剤、着香剤・香料、清涼化剤、芳香剤、溶解剤、溶解補助剤として用いることができる。
まず、融点が低く柔らかい性質を持つ。
スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)、スチレン・エチレン・ブチレン・スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)又はスチレン・エチレン・プロピレン・スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)等が挙げられ、スチレン・イソプレン・スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)が好ましい。当該SISは例えばクレイトンD1161JP(クレイトン社製)あるいはカリフレックスTR−1107、TR−1117(シェル化学製)等が市場から入手可能である。膏体基剤の膏体層中の含有量は、1〜50質量%が好ましく、さらに5〜40質量%が好ましい。
実施例1
包装袋(最内層はエチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体(EMMA))と本発明に関する包
装袋であるアルミラミネート包装袋に貼付剤をいれて、50℃3か月間の苛酷試験を行い、有効成分の減少を解析し、包装袋の種類による経時変化に与える影響を調べた。
フェニルメタン、アルドール-α-ナフチルアミン、フェニル-α-ナフチルアミン、フェニル-β-ナフチルアミン、N,N'-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンアミン、N,N'-ジ-β-ナフチル-p-フェニレンジアミン、1,2-ジヒドロ-2,2,4-トリメチルキノリン、2,6-ジ第三ブチル-p-クレゾール、2,5-ジ第三ブチル-ハイドロキノン、ハイドロキノン-モノベンジルエーテル、4,4'-ジヒドロキシ-ジフェニルシクロヘキサノンなどを1種以上配合することができる。
剤も該当する。
試験に用いたアルミラミネート袋は、下記の内層を有する包装袋である。

包装袋No.2:B社製
包装袋No.3:C社製
試験方法
室温保存品(90袋)をアルミラミネート袋(最内層はエチレン-メタクリル酸共重合
体(EMMA))と安定性に効果を与えるとされる3種類の新アルミラミネート袋に再包装し、50℃の恒温器(楠本化成(株))で3か月間の苛酷試験より、有効成分の減少を解析した。室温保存品より貼付剤7枚を取り出し、最外層の2枚を破棄し、同様に取り出した中間層の貼付剤2枚を不織布側から4及び5枚目に挿入して7枚構成とした。これを不織布側が下になるように7枚重ねて各包装袋に充填・熱シール密閉し試料を作成した。測定試料のサンプリング箇所は、不織布側から1、2、3、7枚目の試料及び包装袋である。
包装袋中のS−フルルビプロフェン定量
高速液体クロマトグラフ法にてS−フルルビプロフェン含量を求めた。
結果
図中でSFPはS-フルルビプロフェンを表している。
装袋とを用いた場合の、包装袋へのS−フルルビプロフェンの吸着量の経時変化との比較から(図1参照)、包装袋(最内層はエチレン-メタクリル酸共重合体(EMMA))で
は、包装袋へのS−フルルビプロフェンが吸着されていたのに対して、本発明に関する包装袋では、包装袋へのS−フルルビプロフェンの吸着が抑制されたのがわかる。
Claims (7)
- S−フルルビプロフェンまたは医薬的に許容されるその塩と、ハッカ油とを含有する外用剤組成物を包装袋により封入している包装体であって、その包装袋の最内層がポリエチレンであることを特徴とする包装体。
- ポリエチレンが低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 外用剤組成物が、さらにプロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステルを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の包装体。
- 包装袋が、アルミラミネート袋である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。
- 包装袋の構成が、最内層から、ポリエチレン、アルミ箔、ポリエチレン、ポリエステルの順に積層している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。
- 包装袋の構成が、最内層から、ポリエチレン、アルミ箔、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの順に積層している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。
- 外用剤組成物が、貼付剤である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。
