Description
セラミックス基体10の原材料として、窒化アルミニウム粉末に酸化イットリウム粉末を3重量%添加してなる混合原料粉末を用意した。金属体20として、線径0.1mmのモリブデンからなるワイヤをメッシュサイズ(1インチ当たりのワイヤ本数)が#50で平織りからなるメッシュからなるものを用意した。
給電ロッドの材質をチタンとしたことを除いて、参考例1と全て同じにして、セラミックス部材を作製した。
給電ロッド30として、ニッケルからなり外径6.0mm、長さ300mmの円柱状部材と、ニッケルからなり外径6.0mm、肉厚0.4mm、長さ50mmの円管状部材とを、外周面を面一となるように、金、銅、チタンからなるロウ材でロウ付けして固定した。
給電ロッド30の材質をチタンとしたことを除いて、実施例1と全て同じとした。
給電ロッド30として、ニッケルからなり外径6.0mm、長さ300mmの円柱状部材と、ニッケルからなり外径1.5mm、長さ50mmの円柱状部材とを、中心軸が一致するように、金、銅、チタンからなるロウ材でロウ付けして固定した。
給電ロッド30の材質をチタンとしたことを除いて、実施例3と全て同じとした。
給電ロッド30として、ニッケルからなり外径6.0mm、長さ300mmの円柱状部材と、ニッケルからなり1辺1.5mm、長さ50mmの正四角柱状部材とを、中心軸が一致するように、金、銅、チタンからなるロウ材でロウ付けして固定した。
給電ロッド30の材質をチタンとしたことを除いて、実施例3と全て同じとした。
Claims (3)
- 基板が載置される表面を有するセラミックス基体と、
前記セラミックス基体内に位置する金属体と、
前記金属体に、長手方向の先端部が電気的に接続された導電性材料からなり前記セラミックス基体の裏面側に設けられた穴に配置された給電ロッドとを備え、
前記給電ロッドは、前記長手方向と直交する断面において、後端部の熱伝導率をk1、当該後端部の断面積をA1として、熱伝導率k2及び断面積A2が、式k2・A2<k1・A1の関係を満たす伝熱抑制部を有し、
前記伝熱抑制部は中空部を有し、前記中空部は前記給電ロッドの先端部と後端部との中間部に設けられ、
前記中空部内に前記給電ロッドの後端部より熱伝導率が低い材質からなる部材が配置されていることを特徴とするセラミックス部材。 - 請求項1に記載のセラミックス部材であって、
前記伝熱抑制部は、密閉された前記中空部を有することを特徴とするセラミックス部材。 - 請求項1に記載のセラミックス部材であって、
前記中空部内に配置された部材は、アルミナ、シリカ又はマグネシアからなることを特徴とするセラミックス部材。
