Description
(1)B層の一方の面にA層を積層し、他方の面にアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して成るポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(但しA層はポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂100〜50質量%とポリメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂0〜50質量%(両者の合計を100%とする)を含有する樹脂組成物であり、B層はポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂0〜50質量%とポリメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂100〜50質量%(両者の合計を100%とする)を含有し更に紫外線吸収剤をB層の樹脂成分に対し0.1〜15質量%含有する樹脂組成物である。)
(2)A層の厚さが5μm〜100μmであり、B層の厚さが5μm〜100μmであることを特徴とする(1)に記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(3)B層に含有する紫外線吸収剤がトリアジン系化合物である(1)または(2)に記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(4)アクリル系粘着剤層の厚さが10μm〜100μmであることを特徴とする(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(5)アクリル系粘着剤の25℃、1.0Hzにおける貯蔵弾性率が1.0×104〜1.0×106Pa、かつ100℃、1.0Hzにおけるtanδが0.6以下であることを特徴とする(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(6)ポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムのアクリル系粘着剤層の表面をセパレータで保護することを特徴とする(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(7)(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムを用いる事を特徴とする、透明基材の補修用粘着フィルム。
(8)(7)に記載の透明基材の補修用粘着フィルムを使用した補修工法。
ポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムのA層側を、油性インキ(マジックインキ、寺西化学工業(株)製)にて1cm角の範囲で塗りつぶし、乾燥後、ガーゼで30回擦り、残ったインキの状態を目視で観察し以下の様に評価した。
◎:完全に落ちる
〇:落ちるがこすったあとが薄く残る
△:一部落ちるが残るところもある(落ちたところもあとが残る)
×:ほとんど落ちない
PVCシートに貼り合わせ、以下の試験を行ない、黄変指数(△b)を測定した。
耐候促進試験JIS A 1415
黄色度測定 JIS K 7103
黄変指数(△b)=暴露後の黄色度/初期黄色度
ポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムのアクリル系粘着剤層面同士を貼り合せ後に剥がす操作を繰返し、粘着剤層のどちらか、もしくは両方側がポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂フィルムから剥がれるかを以下の様に評価した。
◎:粘着剤層面の同じ場所を、貼り合せ、剥がすを10回繰り返しても剥がれなし。
○:粘着剤層面の同じ場所を、貼り合せ、剥がすを5回繰り返しても剥がれなし。
△:粘着剤層面の同じ場所を、貼り合せ、剥がすを3回繰り返しても剥がれなし。
×:粘着剤層面の同じ場所を、貼り合せ、剥がすを1回で剥がれあり。
JIS Z 0237に規定の「粘着テープ・粘着シート試験法」に準拠して、粘着力(180度引き剥がし粘着力)を測定した。

SUS板に粘着フィルムを貼り付け、60℃で24時間加熱し、常温で2時間冷却後、SUS板から粘着フィルムを手で剥がし、SUS板への糊残りを目視にて評価した。
○:良好(糊残りなく、再施工前に洗浄がいらない。)
×:不良(糊残りあり。再施工前に洗浄が必要。)
表面が劣化し、微細な凹凸が生じた7cm角のポリカーボネート板(表面粗さ(Ra)10μm、JIS B 0601に準拠)の表面に5cm角の粘着フィルムを貼り合せ、気泡の有無を目視にて以下の様に評価した。
○:良好(凹凸に追従できているため、気泡なし。)
×:不良(凹凸に追従できていないため、気泡あり。)
表1に示す配合組成にて、40mmφ押出機2台と幅300mm、スリット0.5mmのマルチマニホールドダイを使用して2層共押出成形を行い、A層・B層が積層したポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂フィルムを作成した。なお引取装置のダイに最も近い冷却ロールは水冷を行った。作製したポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂フィルムのB層に、表1に示す組成比で調製したアクリル系粘着剤を厚みが10μmになるように紙セパレータ(住化加工紙社製、SLB−50BD)に塗布して、乾燥後、貼り合せ、ポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムを得た。各種特性評価を行った結果は表1に示した。

樹脂配合比等を表1に記載の様にした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムを得た。各種特性評価を行った結果は表1に示した。

樹脂配合比等を表2に記載の様にした他は、実施例1と同様にしてポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムを得た。各種特性評価を行った結果は表2に示した。
Claims (6)
- 厚さが20μm以上のB層の一方の面に厚さが15μm以上のA層を積層し、他方の面にアクリル系粘着剤層を形成して成るポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
(但しA層はポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂85〜55質量%とポリメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂15〜45質量%(両者の合計を100%とする)を含有する樹脂組成物であり、B層はポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂5〜48質量%とポリメタクリル酸エステル系樹脂95〜52質量%(両者の合計を100%とする)を含有し更にトリアジン系の紫外線吸収剤をB層の樹脂成分に対し0.1〜15質量%含有する樹脂組成物である。) - アクリル系粘着剤層の厚さが10μm〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
- アクリル系粘着剤の25℃、1.0Hzにおける貯蔵弾性率が1.0×104〜1.0×106Pa、かつ100℃、1.0Hzにおけるtanδが0.6以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
- ポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムのアクリル系粘着剤層の表面をセパレータで保護することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリフッ化ビニリデン系樹脂粘着フィルムを用いる事を特徴とする、透明基材の補修用粘着フィルム。
- 請求項5に記載の透明基材の補修用粘着フィルムを使用した補修工法。
