Claims (6)
- 軟磁性金属からなる複数の第1粒子と、前記複数の第1粒子間に介在する複数の第2粒子とを備え、
前記複数の第2粒子のそれぞれは絶縁物からなる第1の固相と磁性材料からなる第2の固相を有し、
前記複数の第2粒子間に設けられた絶縁材料よりなる複数の第3粒子をさらに備え、
前記複数の第1粒子は、Fe、Co、Ni、Fe−Si系合金、Fe−Si−Al系合金、Fe−Si−Cr系合金又はFe−Ni系合金からなり、
前記第1の固相はAl、Cr、Ti、Mg、Si及びCaの少なくとも1つの元素を含む酸化物であり、
前記第2の固相は、Fe、Co、Ni、Fe−Si系合金、Fe−Si−Al系合金、Fe−Si−Cr系合金又はFe−Ni系合金である
複合磁性材料。 - 前記絶縁材料はスピネル型フェライトである、請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料。
- 前記複数の第3粒子の単位体積あたりの個数は前記複数の第1粒子から離れるに従って多くなる、請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料。
- 請求項1に記載の複合磁性材料と、
前記複合磁性材料の少なくとも一部を囲んで巻回されたコイルと
を備えたコイル部品。 - 複数の第1粒子よりなる第1の粉末と、複数の第2粒子よりなる第2の粉末と、樹脂とを混合して混合材料を得るステップと、
前記混合材料を加圧成形して成形体を得るステップと、
前記成形体に熱処理を実施することで前記複数の第2粒子のそれぞれに絶縁物からなる第1の固相と磁性材料からなる第2の固相を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記複数の第1粒子は、Fe、Co、Ni、Fe−Si系合金、Fe−Si−Al系合金
、Fe−Si−Cr系合金又はFe−Ni系合金からなり、
前記第1の固相はAl、Cr、Ti、Mg、Si及びCaの少なくとも1つの元素を含む酸化物であり、
前記第2の固相は、Fe、Co、Ni、Fe−Si系合金、Fe−Si−Al系合金、Fe−Si−Cr系合金又はFe−Ni系合金である
複合磁性材料の製造方法。 - 前記複数の第1粒子は金属を含有し、
前記混合材料を得るステップの前に、前記複数の第1粒子のそれぞれの表面に前記複数の第1粒子の前記金属を酸化した酸化被膜を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の複合磁性材料の製造方法。
