セラミックを実施形態1の方法に従って調製するが、違いは、実施形態1の添加剤がTa2O5に置き換えられている点である。サンプルプレートD1を最終的に調製する;そして、電子顕微鏡で、黒色粒子がセラミックの表面に形成されているのは観察されない。サンプルプレートD1の電子顕微鏡像を図3に示す。
サンプルプレートA1〜A3およびD1の靭性を、破壊靭性試験基準のGBT23806に従って別々に試験し、試験結果を表2に示す。
Claims (14)
- セラミックであって、
ジルコニア母材と;
添加剤とを含み、前記添加剤は前記ジルコニア母材の内部および外表面上に分散し、前記添加剤が元素AおよびBを含む酸化物であり;
Aが、Ca、Sr、Ba、およびYの少なくとも1つから選択され、Bが、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、およびNiの少なくとも1つから選択され、
前記添加剤の化学組成がAxByOzであり、x、yおよびzが原子百分率であって、xが0.5〜2であり、yが0.5〜2であり、zが3〜5である、セラミック。 - 前記添加剤の平均粒度が0.5〜10μmである、請求項1に記載のセラミック。
- 焼結助剤をさらに含み、前記焼結助剤が、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、CuO、ZnO、およびTiO2の少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項1または2に記載のセラミック。
- 前記ジルコニア母材の総重量に基づいて、前記焼結助剤の含有量が、0.1〜5重量%であり、前記添加剤の含有量が1〜10重量%である、請求項3に記載のセラミック。

- 前記セラミックの赤−緑値aが0.06〜0.07であり、青−黄値bが−0.02〜−0.03であり、表面反射光の強度Lが42〜44である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のセラミック。
- セラミックを調製するための方法であって、
(1)ジルコニア、添加剤および有機溶媒を混合し、得られた混合物に結合剤を添加して混合スラリーを得る工程と;
(2)前記混合スラリーを乾燥させて球状粉末を得る工程と;
(3)前記球状粉末を成形および焼結して前記セラミックを得る工程とを含み、
前記添加剤が元素AおよびBを含む酸化物であり、Aが、Ca、Sr、Ba、およびYの少なくとも1つから選択され、Bが、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、およびNiの少なくとも1つから選択され、
前記添加剤の化学組成がAxByOzであり、x、yおよびzが原子百分率であり、xが0.5〜2であり、yが0.5〜2であり、zが3〜5である、方法。 - 前記添加剤が、以下の方法:前記元素Aを含む酸化物、カーボネート、ニトレート、およびオキサレートの少なくとも1つと、前記元素Bを含む酸化物、カーボネート、ニトレート、およびオキサレートの少なくとも1つを混合し、得られた混合物を900℃〜1350℃で焼結し、焼結温度は2〜5時間であること、を用いることによって調製される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)において、前記ジルコニア、前記添加剤、前記有機溶媒、および焼結助剤が混合されている、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結助剤が、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、CuO、ZnO、およびTiO2の少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、前記結合剤を添加する前に、分散剤を添加することをさらに含み、前記分散剤が、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、およびトリエタノールアミンの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ジルコニアの総重量に基づいて、前記添加剤の使用量が1〜10重量%である、請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤が、ポリビニルアルコールおよびポリエチレングリコール4000の少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
