Description
このホットプレス装置Aでは、被処理物Wが加熱炉2内の収容され、また作業者が制御装置に処理の開始指示を入力すると、制御装置によって各被制御部が操作されて被処理物Wに対する所定の処理が開始する。
(1)上記実施形態では、下パンチ4及び上パンチ6を正面視で正方形(矩形)としたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。下パンチ及び上パンチの形状つまり下パンチ及び上パンチにおける押圧面及び背面の形状は、被処理物Wの形状に応じて種々の形状が考えられる。例えば、図3(a)に示す下パンチ4A及び上パンチ6Aのように、押圧面4m、6m及び背面4n、6nが円形の場合には、個別プレスラムは、背面4n、6nにおいて中心に配置されると共に背面4n、6nの周縁近傍において上記中心周りに等角度の位置に配置される。

Claims (3)
- 加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉内において上下に対向する一対のパンチと、
前記一対のパンチのうち下側に位置する下パンチの下面に接続する下プレスラムと、
前記一対のパンチのうち上側に位置する上パンチの上面に接続する上プレスラムと、
前記下プレスラム及び前記上プレスラムのいずれか一方あるいは両方に接続し、前記一対のパンチを近づけるように押圧する押圧装置と、
伸縮自在な伸縮部とを備え、
前記下プレスラム及び/あるいは前記上プレスラムは、所定間隔を空けて複数配置され、各々の一端が前記一対のパンチに連結する複数の個別プレスラムを備え、
前記上プレスラムは、
前記押圧装置側に設けられた単一の主プレスラムと、
前記個別プレスラムと前記主プレスラムとを連結する連結部材と
を備え、
前記伸縮部は、前記主プレスラムを囲うと共に一端が前記加熱炉と接続され、他端が固定され、
前記加熱炉は、
炉体と、
該炉体内において前記一対のパンチを収容する断熱容器と、
該断熱容器内において前記一対のパンチの周囲に設けられた発熱体とを備え、
前記断熱容器は、前記個別プレスラムが挿通する複数の開口を備える
ことを特徴とするホットプレス装置。 - 前記一対のパンチの押圧面及び背面が矩形の場合、
前記個別プレスラムは、前記背面において4つの頂点近傍及び中心に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットプレス装置。 - 前記一対のパンチの押圧面及び背面が円形の場合、
前記個別プレスラムは、前記背面において中心に配置されると共に前記背面の周縁近傍において前記中心周りに等角度の位置に複数配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホットプレス装置。
