Claims (8)
- 異なる温度特性を有するいくつかのチャンバと、被処理製品(22)を受容するための基部(18)を備えた支持体(1)を備えた、工業製品の製造のための熱処理設備であって、前記支持体(1)は定置型であり、前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)は軸線(7)周りに分散され、機械的手段(6,10)が、前記基部(18)と前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)の相対移動および1つのチャンバと前記基部の間のカップリングを提供することを特徴とする熱処理設備。
- 前記機械的手段(6,10)は前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)の組を前記軸線(7)周りに枢動させる電動式枢軸(6)と、前記基部(18)と前記チャンバの組(3,4;28,29,30)の相対移動を引き起こすための油圧シリンダー(10)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)の前記軸線(7)は水平軸であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の設備。
- 前記基部(18)と前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)の相対移動は垂直移動であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の設備。

- 前記垂直移動は、前記チャンバ(3,4;28,29,30)に対する前記基部(18)の移動であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の設備。
- 前記チャンバの組は2つのチャンバ(3,4)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記チャンバの組は3つのチャンバ(28,29,30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
