Description
本発明は、上述の問題点を解決し、搬送ガイドの回転軸が軸受から脱落することに起因する搬送ガイドの脱落を防止することが可能な用紙搬送装置の提供を目的とする。
本発明を実施するための形態に係る用紙搬送装置の一例及びこれを組み込んだ定着装置を用いる画像形成装置100は、プリンタを対象としている。しかし、本発明ではこれに限ることなく、複写機やファクシミリ機及びこれら機能を併せ持つ複合機も対象となり得る。
本発明の実施の形態に記載された効果は、本発明から生じる最も好適な効果を列挙したものに過ぎず、本発明による効果は本発明の実施の形態に記載されたものに限定されるものではない。

Claims (5)
- 用紙を搬送するための搬送面と回転軸とを有し該回転軸を中心に揺動可能な搬送ガイドと、
筐体に設けられ、前記回転軸の少なくとも上半周に対向する支持面を有する軸受部と、
前記搬送ガイドの前記搬送面と交わりかつ前記回転軸が突出している側面と交わった面であって、前記上半周を上方としたとき前記搬送ガイドが前記用紙の搬送を案内する位置にて下方を向く面に対向する前記筐体に設けられた搬送ガイド対向面と、
前記搬送ガイドに設けられ、前記搬送ガイドが前記用紙の搬送を案内する位置から鈍角以上の角度で揺動したとき、前記搬送ガイド対向面に接触して前記軸受部からの前記回転軸の離脱を規制する離脱規制部とを有する用紙搬送装置。 - 請求項1記載の用紙搬送装置において、
前記離脱規制部は前記回転軸の中心から前記搬送ガイド対向面までの距離よりも小さな値を半径とした円弧形状であることを特徴とする用紙搬送装置。 - 請求項2記載の用紙搬送装置において、
前記回転軸の先端周縁部が面取り加工され、前記半径が前記回転軸の中心から前記搬送ガイド対向面までの距離から前記面取り加工の高さ以下の値を差し引いた値であることを特徴とする用紙搬送装置。 - 請求項1ないし3の何れか一つに記載の用紙搬送装置において、
前記離脱規制部は前記回転軸の軸方向に複数設けられていることを特徴とする用紙搬送装置。 - 請求項1ないし4の何れか一つに記載の用紙搬送装置において、
前記搬送ガイド対向面に配設され前記搬送ガイドに当接することで前記軸受部からの前記回転軸の離脱を規制する離脱規制部材を有することを特徴とする用紙搬送装置。
