Claims (3)
- 弁箱の両側面に設けられた開口部を、前記弁箱内に配置された弁板で開閉するゲートバルブであって、
前記弁板に結合され、前記弁箱内で昇降及び傾倒可能に支持されたバルブロッドと、
前記弁箱外に設けられ、前記バルブロッドを所定ストローク昇降及び傾倒させる駆動機構と、
前記駆動機構のストローク途中に設けられたスプリングリターン式のストッパーピンからなり、圧縮空気の供給により前記ストッパーピンのピンロッドがスプリングのばね力に抗して前記バルブロッドのストローク方向と直交する水平方向に前進し、前記バルブロッドに結合されたカムプレートもしくはカムプレートに取り付けられた荷重受けローラーが前記ピンロッドに衝突して前記バルブロッドの上昇を規制する一方、圧縮空気の供給停止により前記ピンロッドが前記スプリングの反力で前記水平方向に後退し、前記カムプレートもしくは前記荷重受けローラーが前記ピンロッドに衝突せずに前記バルブロッドの上昇規制を解除するストッパー機構と、
前記駆動機構による前記バルブロッドの動作時に発生する振動を低減する振動低減手段を備え、
前記振動低減手段として、前記ストッパーピンのピンロッドに前記カムプレートもしくは前記荷重受けローラーとの衝突時の衝撃を緩和するスリット加工またはザグリ穴加工が施されていることを特徴とするゲートバルブ。 - 前記振動低減手段として、弁開時に前記弁板が前記弁箱の弁座面から離れ始める速度を低速に設定した遅延回路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記弁板に固定されたOリングが弁座に平行に押し当たるように前記弁板の弁板面が傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブ。
