Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の構成図である。油圧制御装置10は、例えば、無段変速機(CVT)である変速機12を搭載する車両14に適用される。
以上のように構成される本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の基本的な動作について、図2及び図3を参照しながら説明する。ここでは、第1ポンプ20のみ駆動させる場合(図2参照)と、第1ポンプ20及び第2ポンプ28の双方を駆動させる場合(図3参照)とについて説明する。
エンジン16の駆動に起因して第1ポンプ20が駆動を開始すると、第1ポンプ20は、リザーバ18のオイルを汲み上げ、汲み上げたオイルを第1オイルとして圧送を開始する。これにより、第1オイルは、図2において、太線のラインで示すように、第1ポート58a及び第2ポート58bを介して油路22を流れる。出力圧センサ26は、油路22を流れる第1オイルの圧力(出力圧)P1を逐次検出し、検出結果を示す信号をTCU46に出力する。また、エンジン回転数センサ70は、エンジン回転数Newを逐次検出し、検出結果を示す信号をTCU46に逐次出力する。
次に、図3の動作について説明する。図2の動作により、第1ポンプ20が駆動している状態において、TCU46からドライバ72に制御信号を供給すると、該ドライバ72は、制御信号に基づいてモータ30を駆動させ、第2ポンプ28を駆動させる。これにより、第2ポンプ28は、油路22を流れる第1オイルを加圧し、加圧した第1オイルを第2オイルとして圧送を開始する。この結果、第2オイルは、図3において、太線のラインで示すように、油路32、64を介して第4ポート58dに供給され、油路32、66を介して第5ポート58eに供給されると共に、減圧弁40に供給される。
次に、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の特徴的な動作について、図4〜図10を参照しながら説明する。ここでは、前述の図3の動作において、第2ポンプ28の回転数Nepを上昇させつつ、第1オイルの圧力(出力圧)P1を低下させるときの問題点と、その問題点を解決するための手法(第1動作、第2動作)とについて説明する。
図4は、上記の問題点を図示した説明図である。ここでは、無段変速機構36の変速過渡時に、より高いライン圧PHが必要になったことから、第2ポンプ28を駆動させて、第2ポンプ28の回転数Nepを上昇させる場合について説明する。
そこで、出力圧P1の脈動が発生した場合、油圧制御装置10は、下記の2つの手法(第1動作、第2動作)のうち、いずれか一方の手法を実行することにより、脈動を抑えることが可能である。
ここで、第1動作及び第2動作について、図5〜図10を参照しながら説明する。前述のように、第1動作は、第2ポンプ28の回転数Nepを低下させる簡単な制御であるため、以下の説明では、主として、第1動作よりも複雑な制御である第2動作を中心に説明する。
次に、第1動作及び第2動作を実行させるためのTCU46内部の処理について、図10のフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10によれば、第1動作として、TCU46は、出力圧センサ26が検出した第1オイルの圧力(出力圧P1、実測値P1r)に脈動が発生している場合、第2ポンプ28の駆動を停止させるか、又は、該第2ポンプ28の回転数Nepを低下させる。
上記の説明では、無段変速機構36に第1オイル又は第2オイルを供給する場合について説明した。本実施形態は、この説明に限定されることはなく、変速機12内の他の油圧作動部に第1オイル又は第2オイルを供給する場合にも、適用可能である。

Claims (8)
- 第1ポンプと油圧作動部との間に第2ポンプ及びバイパスバルブが並列に接続され、前記第1ポンプから前記バイパスバルブを介して前記油圧作動部に第1オイルを供給するか、又は、前記第1ポンプから供給される前記第1オイルを前記第2ポンプで加圧し、加圧した前記第1オイルを第2オイルとして前記油圧作動部に供給する油圧制御装置において、
前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプ及び前記バイパスバルブとを接続し、前記第1オイルが流れる第1流路と、
前記第1流路を流れる前記第1オイルの圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記第2ポンプの駆動を制御する制御部と、
をさらに有し、
前記制御部は、前記圧力検出部が検出した前記第1オイルの圧力に脈動が発生している場合、前記第2ポンプの回転数を目標回転数よりも高い第1回転数まで上昇させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記第2ポンプの回転数を、前記第1回転数から前記目標回転数よりも僅かに高い第2回転数にまで低下させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第2回転数は、前記第1ポンプの吐出周波数の1次成分と、前記第2ポンプの吐出周波数の1次成分とが重なる回転数よりも僅かに高い回転数であることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1流路に設けられ、前記第1ポンプと前記バイパスバルブ及び前記第2ポンプとを連通させる一方で、前記第1オイル又は前記第2オイルの圧力をパイロット圧として作動することにより、前記第1オイルを第2流路を介して他の油圧作動部に供給可能な制御バルブをさらに有し、
前記第2ポンプが前記油圧作動部及び前記制御バルブに前記第2オイルを供給している場合、前記制御バルブは、前記第2オイルの圧力をパイロット圧として作動することにより、前記第1流路を介して前記第2ポンプに前記第1オイルを供給すると共に、前記第2流路を介して前記他の油圧作動部に前記第1オイルを供給することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項4記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第2ポンプの出力側と前記制御バルブとを接続する第3流路をさらに有し、
前記第2ポンプが前記油圧作動部及び前記制御バルブに前記第2オイルを供給している場合、前記制御バルブは、前記第2オイルの圧力をパイロット圧として作動することにより、前記第1流路と前記第3流路とを連通させ、前記第2オイルの圧力を所定の圧力に維持させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記第2ポンプの回転数を前記第1回転数まで上昇させても前記脈動が抑制されない場合、前記第2ポンプの駆動を停止させるか、又は、該第2ポンプの回転数をアイドル回転数まで低下させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記圧力検出部が検出した前記第1オイルの圧力と、該圧力の推定値との差分に基づいて、前記脈動の発生の有無を判定し、
前記脈動が発生していないと判定した場合には、前記第2ポンプの回転数を増加させ、
一方で、前記脈動が発生していると判定した場合には、前記第2ポンプの回転数を前記第1回転数まで上昇させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1ポンプは、車両のエンジンによって駆動されるポンプであり、
前記第2ポンプは、前記車両のモータによって駆動されるポンプであり、
前記油圧作動部は、前記車両の変速機内で前記第1オイル又は前記第2オイルの供給によって作動する部分であり、
前記制御部は、前記モータの駆動を制御することにより、前記第2ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。
