Claims (6)
- 放射線検出器を筐体に収容した放射線検出カセッテの前記筐体の製造方法であって、
MgおよびLiを含む合金から形成され、Liを0.1重量%以上含む筐体材料を用意し、
前記筐体の、放射線が照射される側とは反対側に位置する面部分を有する裏面筐体部における前記放射線検出器が位置する側の内表面となる前記筐体材料の表面に対して、プレス加工、放電加工、及び鋳造のうちのいずれかの加工方法を用いて凹部を形成し、
前記形成した凹部に対して切削加工を施して最終的な凹部を成形する放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。 - 前記筐体材料に含まれるLiが5重量%以上25%重量以下である請求項1記載の放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。
- 前記筐体材料を形成する合金が、Alを含む請求項1又は2記載の放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。
- 前記筐体材料に含まれるAlが1重量%以上12重量%以下である請求項3記載の放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。
- 前記筐体材料を形成する合金が、Caを含む請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。
- 前記筐体材料に含まれるCaが0.3重量%以上7重量%以下である請求項5記載の放射線検出カセッテの筐体の製造方法。
