Description
本発明に係る接続端子の実施形態の1つを図1から図6に基づいて説明する。
図7から図10の符号2は、本変形例の接続端子を示す。尚、本変形例の接続端子2において、前述した実施形態の接続端子1と同等の機能を持つものについては、説明の便宜上、その接続端子1と同じ符号を付して図示すると共に、その説明を省略する。
図11から図14の符号3は、本変形例の接続端子を示す。尚、本変形例の接続端子3において、前述した実施形態の接続端子1と同等の機能を持つものについては、説明の便宜上、その接続端子1と同じ符号を付して図示すると共に、その説明を省略する。
図15から図18の符号4は、本変形例の接続端子を示す。尚、本変形例の接続端子4において、前述した実施形態の接続端子1と同等の機能を持つものについては、説明の便宜上、その接続端子1と同じ符号を付して図示すると共に、その説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 導電性材料から成り、相手側の雄端子の雄型接続体が挿入される円柱状の内部空間が設けられた雌型接続体、及び、電線の導電部が電気的に接続される電線接続体を有する端子本体と、
導電性材料から成り、前記雌型接続体の内周面の周方向における一部に沿わせて前記内部空間に収容され且つ前記雌型接続体に対して電気的に接続されると共に、前記雌型接続体における雄端子挿入口としての開口から前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体に対して電気的に接続される接点部材と、
を備え、
前記接点部材は、
前記雌型接続体の前記内周面の周方向に沿って弧状に形成され、かつ、その弧状の外周面側で前記雌型接続体の前記内周面に対して電気的に接続される第1接点部と、
前記第1接点部に連結された状態で前記内部空間に配置されると共に、前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体によって前記内部空間の径方向の外側に向けて押動され、かつ、前記雄型接続体に対して電気的に接続される第2接点部と、
前記雌型接続体の外壁面側で前記径方向の内側に向けた動きが係止され、これに伴い前記雌型接続体の前記内周面に対する前記第1接点部の浮き上がりを抑える浮上抑制部と、
を有し、
前記浮上抑制部は、前記接点部材の一部分として、前記第1接点部に対して連接させた状態で設けることを特徴とした接続端子。 - 前記浮上抑制部は、前記雌型接続体の前記径方向の外側に配置され、前記雌型接続体の外壁面側で前記径方向の内側に向けた動きが係止される被係止部と、前記被係止部と前記第1接点部側とを繋ぐ連結部と、を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の接続端子。
- 前記接点部材は、前記雌型接続体の軸線方向に沿って互いに間隔を空けて配置した少なくとも2つの前記第1接点部を有すると共に、隣り合う2つの前記第1接点部を連結させる連結部としての複数の前記第2接点部を有し、
前記第2接点部は、前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体によって前記径方向の外側に押動された際に前記径方向の外側へと撓むように、隣り合う2つの前記第1接点部の間で前記径方向の内側に向けて凸となる弧状に形成することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の接続端子。 - 前記浮上抑制部は、前記雌型接続体の前記開口側に配置された前記第1接点部に連接させることを特徴とした請求項3に記載の接続端子。
