Claims (2)
- 流体の流入口及び流出口が形成され、その間に主弁座及び主弁室が形成された弁本体と、
パイロット通路及び均圧孔が形成され、前記主弁座と接離可能となるように前記主弁室内に配置された主弁体と、
前記パイロット通路の端部に設けられたパイロット弁座と接離可能となるようにされたパイロット弁体と、
前記パイロット弁体を駆動するための、コイルが巻回されたソレノイド及び前記主弁体を摺動可能に収容する主弁体収容部を有する吸引子と、
前記パイロット弁体に連結され、前記吸引子に吸引されるプランジャと、を備え、
前記ソレノイドへの通電により前記パイロット弁体を駆動して前記パイロット通路内の流体の流れを制御することにより前記主弁体を駆動するパイロット式電磁弁において、
前記主弁体はアルミニウム材料で構成されると共に、前記吸引子は磁性材料によって構成され、
前記主弁体の、少なくとも前記吸引子と摺動する面は、アルマイト加工処理層で構成されたことを特徴とするパイロット式電磁弁。 - 前記吸引子を構成する磁性材料は、磁性ステンレスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパイロット式電磁弁。
