Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の構成図である。油圧制御装置10は、例えば、無段変速機(CVT)である変速機12を搭載する車両14に適用される。
以上のように構成される本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の動作について、図2〜図9Bを参照しながら説明する。ここでは、図2及び図3に示す短期的な油圧制御処理と、図4〜図8に示す長期的な油圧制御処理と、このような油圧制御による他の制御処理(図9A及び図9B参照)とについて説明する。なお、これらの説明では、必要に応じて、図1も参照しながら説明する。
短期的な油圧制御処理とは、例えば、数分〜数十分程度の時間単位で行われる油圧制御装置10による制御処理をいう。
先ず、エンジン16の駆動に起因して第1ポンプ20が駆動を開始すると、第1ポンプ20は、リザーバ18のオイルを汲み上げ、汲み上げたオイルを第1オイルとして圧送を開始する。第1オイルは、ライン圧調整バルブ23を介して油路22を流れる。出力圧センサ26は、油路22を流れる第1オイルの圧力(出力圧)P1を逐次検出し、その検出信号を制御ユニット28に出力する。また、エンジン回転数センサ48は、エンジン回転数Newを逐次検出し、その検出信号を制御ユニット28に出力する。さらに、油温センサ50は、リザーバ18に貯留されたオイル(第1オイル)の油温Toを逐次検出し、その検出信号を制御ユニット28に出力する。車速センサ52は、車両14の車速Vを逐次検出し、その検出信号を制御ユニット28に出力する。
このような動作状態において、制御ユニット28では、図2及び図3に示す短期的な油圧制御処理を行う。図2は、制御ユニット28を含めた油圧制御装置10の短期的な油圧制御処理を示すフローチャートであり、図3は、短期的な油圧制御処理における各温度Ta、Td及びモータ出力PW(の指令値PWc)の時間変化を示すタイミングチャートである。図2のフローチャートは、所定時間間隔で繰り返し実行される。
次に、図3の時点t0で、近似線の温度Taがドライバ34の温度Tdよりも先に制限開始温度Tcに到達した場合(ステップS1:NO、ステップS2:YES)、図2のステップS5において、モータ制御部28eは、ステップS2での肯定的な判定結果(Ta≧Tc)を受けて、指令値PWcが平均値PWave以上であるか否かを判定する。
図3の時点t0後、温度Ta又は温度Tdが制限開始温度Tc以上である場合(ステップS1:YES又はステップS2:YES)、図2のステップS5に進む。ステップS5で、指令値PWcが平均値PWave以上である場合(ステップS5:YES)には、ステップS6でPWc=0に設定され、一方で、指令値PWcが平均値PWave未満である場合(ステップS5:NO)には、該指令値PWcを維持する。そして、次のステップS4でTd>Te又はTa>Teであれば(ステップS4:NO)、モータ制御部28eは、ステップS3又はステップS6で設定した指令値PWcに応じた制御信号をドライバ34に出力する。
長期的な油圧制御処理とは、目標寿命に至るまでの長期的な期間内において、所定の期間毎(例えば、目標寿命が十数年の期間又は十数万kmの走行距離であれば数カ月毎又は数千km毎)に行われる油圧制御装置10による制御処理をいう。
上述のように、モータ制御部28eからドライバ34を介してモータ32を制御することができるため、モータ制御部28eは、図9A及び図9Bに示すような制御処理を行うことも可能である。図9A及び図9Bは、高圧系42に供給されるオイル(第2オイル)の必要流量Qと、差圧ΔPとの関係を示す図である。なお、図9Aにおいて、Llimは、第2ポンプ30の吐出性能の限界線である。また、図9A及び図9Bにおいて、一点鎖線は、車両14の運転状態に基づき、現在の運転状態を維持するために最低限必要な馬力、すなわち、現在の状態で車両14が定常走行するために必要なエンジン出力である等馬力線α〜γ(=ΔP×Q)を示す。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10によれば、熱劣化度に応じて制限開始温度Tcが設定され、設定された制限開始温度Tc以下の温度範囲内でモータ出力PW(の指令値PWc)が制御(制限)される。これにより、様々な使用方法や環境条件下においても、目標寿命までドライバ34を適切に使用することが可能になる。この結果、短期的な使用状態において、使用方法や環境条件の違いに起因する実寿命のばらつきが抑えられ、目標寿命に到達する前にドライバ34が熱寿命を迎える確率(ドライバ34が故障する確率)を低下させることができる。

Claims (5)
- モータによって駆動されるポンプから変速機の油圧作動部にオイルを供給する油圧制御装置において、
前記モータを駆動させることにより前記ポンプを駆動させるモータ駆動部と、
前記モータ駆動部の温度を取得する温度取得部と、
前記温度に基づいて、前記モータ駆動部の熱劣化度を算出する熱劣化度算出部と、
前記熱劣化度に基づいて、前記モータの出力を制限するための制限開始温度を設定する制限開始温度設定部と、
前記温度が前記制限開始温度に到達したか否かを判定する温度判定部と、
前記温度が前記制限開始温度に到達したことを前記温度判定部が判定した場合、前記モータ駆動部を介して前記モータの出力を制限するモータ制御部と、
を有し、
前記温度取得部は、前記温度を逐次取得し、逐次取得した前記温度を用いて、現時点までの前記温度の近似線を作成し、
前記温度判定部は、前記温度取得部が取得した現時点の温度、又は、前記近似線での現時点の温度の近似値が、前記制限開始温度に到達したか否かを判定し、
前記モータ制御部は、前記温度又は前記近似値が前記制限開始温度に到達したことを前記温度判定部が判定した場合、前記モータの出力を制限することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記モータ制御部は、前記近似線の作成のために前記温度を逐次取得した所定時間内での前記モータの出力の平均値を、前記モータの出力制限後における該モータの最大出力値に設定することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記モータ制御部は、前記モータの出力制限後、前記モータに対する要求出力が前記最大出力値以上である場合には、前記モータの出力を停止させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記温度判定部は、前記モータの出力制限後、前記制限開始温度以下に設定された制限解除温度以下に前記温度及び前記近似値が低下したか否かを判定し、
前記モータ制御部は、前記温度及び前記近似値が前記制限解除温度以下に低下したことを前記温度判定部が判定した場合、前記モータの出力制限を解除することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - モータによって駆動されるポンプから変速機の油圧作動部にオイルを供給する油圧制御装置において、
前記モータを駆動させることにより前記ポンプを駆動させるモータ駆動部と、
前記モータ駆動部の温度を取得する温度取得部と、
前記温度に基づいて、前記モータ駆動部の熱劣化度を算出する熱劣化度算出部と、
前記熱劣化度に基づいて、前記モータの出力を制限するための制限開始温度を設定する制限開始温度設定部と、
前記温度が前記制限開始温度に到達したか否かを判定する温度判定部と、
前記温度が前記制限開始温度に到達したことを前記温度判定部が判定した場合、前記モータ駆動部を介して前記モータの出力を制限するモータ制御部と、
を有し、
前記熱劣化度算出部は、前記温度取得部で逐次取得された前記温度に基づいて前記熱劣化度を算出し、
前記制限開始温度設定部は、前記モータ駆動部の使用時間又は前記変速機を搭載した車両の走行距離に対する前記熱劣化度の理想的な経時変化よりも、算出された前記熱劣化度が上回る場合には、現在設定している前記制限開始温度を低下させ、一方で、前記理想的な経時変化よりも、算出された前記熱劣化度が下回る場合には、現在設定している前記制限開始温度を上昇させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。
