Claims (7)
- 第1オイルポンプと、作動状態を制御可能な第2オイルポンプと、前記第1オイルポンプ及び前記第2オイルポンプから吐出された作動油の油圧を油圧指示値に応じてドレンポートを開放して減圧することによりライン圧に調圧する調圧弁と、前記第2オイルポンプの作動状態を制御し、且つ、前記油圧指示値を設定することにより前記調圧弁の調圧動作を制御し、且つ、前記ライン圧を元圧として油圧式係合装置のトルク容量を調整する制御装置とを備えた油圧供給システムであって、
前記制御装置は、前記油圧指示値を前記油圧式係合装置の必要伝達トルクに応じた値に設定する一方で、前記第1オイルポンプの吐出流量の低下が予想された時点又は前記第1オイルポンプの吐出流量の低下が検知された時点から前記第2オイルポンプの運転を開始すると共に、前記第2オイルポンプの運転を開始した時点から前記ライン圧が所定圧よりも低下する所定時間経過後に前記油圧指示値を一時的に前記必要伝達トルクに応じた値よりも高い値に設定して、前記ドレンポートを閉じる側に動作するように前記調圧弁を制御することを特徴とする油圧供給システム。 - 前記所定圧は、前記必要伝達トルクに応じた値に設定された前記油圧指示値にて得られるライン圧、又は、前記第2オイルポンプの耐久性の悪化を抑制する為の予め定められたライン圧の上限値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧供給システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定時間を、前記第2オイルポンプの運転を開始した以降において一時的に上昇傾向にあった前記ライン圧が低下傾向に切り替わってからの前記ライン圧の低下度合に応じて設定するものであり、前記ライン圧の低下度合が大きいときには小さいときに比べて前記所定時間を短くすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧供給システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定時間を、前記作動油の温度に応じて設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧供給システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記所定時間を、前記第2オイルポンプの運転を開始してからの前記第1オイルポンプの吐出流量の低下度合に応じて設定するものであり、前記吐出流量の低下度合が大きいときには小さいときに比べて前記所定時間を短くすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧供給システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第2オイルポンプの運転を開始した時点から前記所定時間経過後に前記油圧指示値を前記必要伝達トルクに応じた値よりも高い所定値に設定し、その後、前記油圧指示値を前記必要伝達トルクに応じた値とするように前記所定値から徐々に小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の油圧供給システム。
- 前記所定値は、前記ライン圧を前記必要伝達トルクに応じた値に設定された前記油圧指示値にて得られるライン圧よりも低下し難くする為の予め定められた値であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の油圧供給システム。
