Description
さらに、上記構成では、イグニッションスイッチがオフとされた後、まず第1に減圧弁の異常の有無の仮の診断がなされる。そして、この仮の診断の後であって所定期間経過後に、検出手段の異常の有無を診断する。これにより、検出手段に異常がない旨判断されるときには、上記仮の診断結果を、減圧弁の異常診断結果として確定することができる。また、検出手段に異常がある旨判断されるときには、仮の診断結果を無効とすることができる。
以下、本発明にかかる燃料噴射制御装置をコモンレール式のディーゼル機関の燃料噴射制御装置に適用した第1の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第3の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第4の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 燃料を高圧状態で蓄える蓄圧室と、該蓄圧室に燃料を加圧供給する燃料ポンプと、前記蓄圧室に蓄えられた燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、前記蓄圧室内の燃料を燃料タンクへと流出させる減圧弁とを備える車載内燃機関の燃料噴射装置について、該噴射装置を操作することで燃料噴射制御を行なう燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記蓄圧室内の燃圧を検出する検出手段の検出結果を取り込む手段と、
車両のイグニッションスイッチがオフとされた後、診断を行なうために定められる所定期間の経過後に検出される燃圧と大気圧との比較に基づき前記検出手段の異常の有無を診断する第1の診断手段と、
前記減圧弁を操作したときに前記検出手段によって検出される前記蓄圧室内の燃圧の挙動に基づき前記減圧弁の異常の有無を診断する第2の診断手段とを備え、
前記第2の診断手段は、前記車両のイグニッションスイッチがオフとされた後、前記減圧弁を開操作する開手段と、前記所定期間の経過以前における前記減圧弁の開操作に伴う燃圧の挙動に基づき前記減圧弁の異常の有無の仮の診断を行なう仮診断手段と、該仮診断手段により前記減圧弁に異常ある旨の仮の判断がなされることと、前記第1の診断手段により前記検出手段に異常がない旨の判断がなされることとの論理積が真のときに、前記減圧弁に異常があると判断する判断手段とを備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記車載内燃機関の冷却水の温度を検出する検出手段の検出結果及び前記燃料の温度を検出する検出手段の検出結果の少なくとも一方を取り込む手段を更に備え、
前記第1の診断手段は、前記冷却水の温度が低いほど前記所定期間を長く設定する処理、及び前記燃料の温度が低いほど前記所定期間を長く設定する処理の少なくとも一方を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記仮診断手段は、前記蓄圧室内の燃圧に応じて前記仮の診断における異常がある旨の判断基準を可変設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記車載内燃機関の冷却水の温度を検出する検出手段の検出結果及び前記燃料の温度を検出する検出手段の検出結果の少なくとも一方を取り込む手段を更に備え、
前記仮診断手段は、前記冷却水の温度及び前記燃料の温度の少なくとも一方に応じて前記仮の診断における異常がある旨の判断基準を可変設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記第1の診断手段は、前記仮診断手段により前記減圧弁に異常がある旨の仮の判断がなされているとき、異常がない旨の仮の判断がなされているときより前記所定時間を長く設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
