Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態によるECU71を備えるハイブリッド車両100の機械的構成(駆動系統)について説明する。
次に、図2を参照して、ハイブリッド車両100に搭載される内燃機関1の概略構成について説明する。
次に、図3を参照して、ハイブリッド車両100の電気的構成(制御系統)について説明する。
次に、ハイブリッド車両100の走行状態の一例について説明する。
たとえば、ハイブリッド車両100は、発進時および低車速の軽負荷走行時などにおいて、内燃機関1の運転を停止(内燃機関1の燃料供給を停止)し、第2モータジェネレータ3を力行制御して走行(EV走行)を行う。
また、EV走行モードスイッチ76によってドライバがEV走行モードを選択した場合には、ハイブリッド車両100は、EV走行可能な状態である場合に、内燃機関1の運転を停止し、第2モータジェネレータ3を力行制御してEV走行を行う。なお、EV走行モード時に、所定のキャンセル条件が成立した場合には、自動的にノーマル走行モードに切り替えられる。また、キャンセル条件としては、たとえば、バッテリ72の充電状態が所定値以下になること、車速が所定値以上になること、アクセルペダルの踏込量が所定値以上になることなどが挙げられ、これらの条件のうち1つでも満たした場合にキャンセル条件が成立したと判断される。
ここで、いわゆるEV走行可能なハイブリッド車両100において、EV走行が多用される場合には、内燃機関1が暖機されにくくなる。また、内燃機関1では、運転状態に応じて、オイルに混入する凝縮水が増加する場合と減少する場合とがある。たとえば、内燃機関1の冷間始動時には、ブローバイガスに含まれる水分が液化されやすく、オイル中の凝縮水が増加しやすいのに対し、内燃機関1の暖機後には、オイル中の水分が蒸発されるので、オイル中の凝縮水が減少しやすい。
次に、図4および図5を参照して、本実施形態のハイブリッド車両100における動作の一例について説明する。なお、各ステップはECU71により実行される。
本実施形態では、上記のように、オイル中の希釈水分量が第1閾値を超えた場合に、内燃機関1を運転することによって、その内燃機関1の運転が継続された場合には、内燃機関1が暖機されてオイル中の凝縮水が蒸発しやすくなるので、オイル中の凝縮水が多くなるのを抑制することができる。すなわち、オイルに対する凝縮水の混入量を許容範囲内(第1閾値以下)に保ちやすくすることができる。これにより、寒冷地などにおいて停車時に外気温が低くなった場合にも、オイル中の凝縮水が氷結して氷塊が発生するのを抑制することができる。したがって、氷塊が油路を塞ぐのを抑制することができるので、潤滑不良の発生を抑制することができる。
なお、今回開示した実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって、限定的な解釈の根拠となるものではない。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上記した実施形態のみによって解釈されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲の記載に基づいて画定される。また、本発明の技術的範囲には、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。

- 走行用の駆動力を出力可能なガソリンエンジンである内燃機関およびモータを備え、前記内燃機関を間欠運転しながら走行するように構成されたハイブリッド車両に適用されるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関のオイルに混入してそのオイルを希釈する希釈水分量を算出する算出手段と、
前記希釈水分量が第1閾値を超えた場合に、前記内燃機関を運転させる内燃機関制御手段とを備え、
前記希釈水分量は、希釈水分の増減値が加算されることによって算出され、前記希釈水分の増減値は、エンジン回転数、冷却水温、吸入空気量、燃料噴射量および外気温に基づいて算出されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記希釈水分量が前記第1閾値よりも高い第2閾値を超えた場合に、ドライバに対してオイルの交換を促す第1報知手段を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記希釈水分量が前記第1閾値を超えた場合に、前記内燃機関が運転されているときに、ドライバに対して前記内燃機関の運転継続を促す第2報知手段を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記希釈水分量を記憶する記憶手段と、
オイルの交換が行われた場合に、前記記憶手段に記憶された希釈水分量をリセットするリセット手段とを備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
