Description
(車両の概略構成)
以下、本発明の第1実施形態を説明する。先ず、本発明の制御装置が適用された車両VCの概略構成について説明する。
また、バッテリ75は、バッテリセンサ75Aを内蔵している。バッテリセンサ75Aは、バッテリ75の入出力電流、出力電圧、及び温度といったバッテリ情報BIを検出する。特に、バッテリセンサ75Aは、バッテリ75の出力電圧のうち、内燃機関10を第1モータジェネレータ71で始動する時の出力電圧を、後述する突入電圧VSとして検出する。
車両VCは、制御装置100を備えている。制御装置100には、クランク角Scrを示す信号が、クランク角センサ81から入力される。制御装置100には、水温TWを示す信号が、水温センサ82から入力される。制御装置100には、バッテリ情報BIを示す信号が、バッテリセンサ75Aから入力される。制御装置100には、油温TOを示す信号が、油温センサ83から入力される。制御装置100には、気温TATを示す信号が、外気温センサ84から入力される。
CPU101は、潤滑油の粘度VOを取得するための粘度取得処理を行う。ROM103は、油温TOと潤滑油の粘度VOとの関係を示す粘度取得マップを、記憶している。この粘度取得マップでは、油温TOが高いときほど、潤滑油の粘度VOが小さくなるように対応づけられている。粘度取得マップは、予め試験やシミュレーションを行うことによって定められているものである。そして、CPU101は、油温センサ83から入力される油温TO及び粘度取得マップに基づいて、潤滑油の粘度VOを算出することで、潤滑油の粘度VOを取得する。
CPU101は、潤滑油の劣化度を定量化する第1劣化パラメータDoilを取得するための潤滑油劣化度取得処理を行う。ROM103は、潤滑油劣化度取得プログラムを、予め記憶している。そして、CPU101は、潤滑油劣化度取得プログラムを、例えば所定の周期で繰り返し実行する。なお、第1劣化パラメータDoilは、劣化度が大きいほど大きい値である。
ステップS14では、CPU101は、回転速度NE及び水温TWに応じて、劣化更新量算出マップに基づいて劣化更新量ΔDoilを算出する。そして、CPU101は、劣化更新量ΔDoilを第1劣化パラメータDoilに加算することにより、第1劣化パラメータDoilを更新する。
制御装置100は、バッテリ75の劣化度を定量化する第2劣化パラメータDbatを取得するためのバッテリ劣化度取得処理を行う。ROM103は、バッテリ劣化度取得プログラムを、予め記憶している。そして、CPU101は、内燃機関10が始動する度に、バッテリ劣化度取得プログラムを実行する。なお、第2劣化パラメータDbatは、劣化度が大きいほど大きい値である。
CPU101は、内燃機関10を次回始動させるときの車両VCの外部の予測気温FTを取得する外気温取得処理を行う。例えば、CPU101は、内燃機関10を前回始動させた日時DTを、周辺回路102から取得する日時取得処理を行う。また、記憶装置104は、外気温と季節との関係が対応付けられた温度マップを記憶している。温度マップは、例えば、一定期間としての1年間を分割した複数の期間に、それぞれ温度が対応づけられたものである。1年間の分割の仕方としては、1年間を4つに等分割して、春夏秋冬に分けることが挙げられる。
次に、潤滑油の交換タイミングを算出する一連の処理について説明する。CPU101は、内燃機関10の始動が完了する度に、ROM103に記憶されている交換タイミング算出プログラムを実行することにより、潤滑油の交換タイミングを算出する処理を1度行う。
なお、以下の説明では、図5に示すように、所定のタイミングtc1で、1回目の潤滑油の交換が行われたものとする。また、タイミングtc1の後、期間P1を経たタイミングtc2で、2回目の潤滑油の交換が行われたものとする。なお、期間P1は、標準カウンタ値CVbaである5000kmを走行するのに要した期間に相当する。
(1-1)第1実施形態においては、第2劣化パラメータDbatが大きいほど、すなわちバッテリ75の劣化度が大きいほど、第1モータジェネレータ71が出力できる負荷量が小さくなる。そのため、バッテリ75の劣化度が大きいと、潤滑油の劣化度が大きくなくても、第1モータジェネレータ71で内燃機関10を始動できない虞がある。上記第1実施形態によれば、バッテリ75の劣化度が大きいほど、潤滑油の交換タイミングCTが早いタイミングとして算出される。そのため、バッテリ75の劣化度が大きくなることで、第1モータジェネレータ71の出力可能トルクT1が小さくなっても、潤滑油の交換を促すことにより、内燃機関10を始動できなくなる状況となることを回避できる。
以下、車両の制御装置の第2実施形態について説明する。第1実施形態と同様の構成については、説明を簡略化又は省略化する。第2実施形態では、本発明の制御装置が適用された車両VCは、車両システム300の一部を構成している。そして、第2実施形態は、上述した第1実施形態と比べて、外気温取得処理の内容で主に異なる。以下の説明では、これらの異なる点を中心に説明する。
図6に示すように、車両システム300は、車両VCと、外部サーバ200と、を備えている。車両VCの制御装置100は、通信装置106とGPS装置107とを備えている。バス105は、通信装置106及びGPS装置107を、CPU101、周辺回路102、ROM103、及び記憶装置104と通信可能に接続している。
外部サーバ200のCPU201は、ROM203に記憶された各種のプログラムを実行することにより、各地域の将来の気温を予測している。そして、CPU201は、記憶装置204に、各地域の将来一定期間の気温の推移を外気温データDtoとして記憶している。地域の区分は、例えば、州、県、郡、市町村などである。一定期間としては、例えば、数時間、数日などである。
上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。各実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で組み合わせて実施することができる。
・上記各実施形態において、予測気温FTは、内燃機関10を次回始動させるときの車両の外部の気温として取得されている。そこで、内燃機関10を次回始動させる時刻である次回始動時刻を推定する次回始動時推定処理を行ってもよい。この次回始動時推定処理においては、例えば、次回始動時刻として、ユーザに次回始動する日時を入力させてもよい。また、過去の内燃機関10の始動時刻に規則性があるならば、その規則性に従って次回始動時刻を推定してもよい。このように、次回始動時推定処理を行うと、予測気温FTの精度を向上できる可能性が高まる。
・上記各実施形態において、交換タイミングCTは、予測気温FTの大小に拘わらず、算出されてもよい。また、潤滑油の交換タイミング算出処理を予測気温FTに拘わらず実行し、交換タイミング算出処理を予測気温FTの大小に拘わらず実行する場合には、外気温取得処理を省いてもよい。

- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関を始動させるためのモータと、前記モータに電力を供給するバッテリと、を備える車両に適用される制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関を潤滑する潤滑油の劣化度を算出する潤滑油劣化度取得処理と、
前記バッテリの劣化度を算出するバッテリ劣化度取得処理と、
前記潤滑油の劣化度及び前記バッテリの劣化度に基づいて、前記潤滑油の交換タイミングを算出する交換タイミング算出処理と、を実行し、
前記交換タイミング算出処理では、前記交換タイミングを前記バッテリの劣化度が大きいほど、早いタイミングとして算出する
車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関を次回始動させるときの前記車両の外部の予測気温を取得する外気温取得処理を実行し、
前記予測気温が、予め定められた所定温度よりも小さいときに、前記交換タイミング算出処理を行う
請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記車両の外部の気温を測定する外気温センサを備えており、
前記外気温取得処理では、前記外気温センサから取得した一定期間の外気温の推移に基づいて、前記予測気温を推定することにより、当該予測気温を取得する
請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、当該車両外の装置と通信可能な通信装置を備えており、
将来の前記車両の外部の気温に関する外気温データを、前記通信装置を通じて取得するデータ取得処理を実行し、
前記外気温取得処理では、前記データ取得処理で取得した前記外気温データに基づいて前記予測気温を推定することにより、当該予測気温を取得する
請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 所定の一定期間を分割した複数の期間と、前記複数の期間に対応する温度とが記憶された記憶装置を備え、
前記内燃機関を始動させたときの日時を取得する日時取得処理を実行し、
前記外気温取得処理では、前記複数の期間のうち、前記日時が含まれる期間に対応する温度を前記予測気温として推定することにより、当該予測気温を取得する
請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関を次回始動させる時刻である次回始動時刻を取得する次回始動時推定処理を実行し、
前記外気温取得処理では、前記次回始動時推定処理で取得した前記次回始動時刻における前記車両の外部の気温を前記予測気温として取得する
請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関を次回始動させるときの前記車両の外部の予測気温を取得する外気温取得処理を実行し、
前記交換タイミング算出処理では、前記予測気温が小さいほど、前記予測気温が高い場合よりも前記交換タイミングを早いタイミングとして算出する
請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
