Description
また、屈曲部251は長辺L及び短辺Tを有しており、長辺Lの長さD2は2〜50mmである。上記のように、本発明において、前枠25を肉厚不均等(屈曲部251が延伸部252,253より厚い)に設計し、前枠25とキャリア部材22の連結部分が前枠25の両端に位置しているため、従来技術と比べ、本発明に係るキャリア部材22には、従来では必要だった締め付け空間が要らなくなり、一方、キャリア部材22の高さ及び前枠25の高さも降下することが可能であるので、組立てによる表示装置2が全体的に薄型化されることが可能である。

Claims (7)
- 表示パネルと、キャリア部材と、複数の回路連結板と、制御回路基板と、複数の前枠とを備えており、
前記キャリア部材は、前記表示パネルを搭載しており、第1の微細構造を有する複数の湾曲部を有し、
前記複数の回路連結板は、前記キャリア部材に隣接配置されてそれぞれ前記表示パネルに電気的に接続され、隣接する二つの前記回路連結板同士の最短距離が0.1〜20mmであり、
前記制御回路基板は、前記キャリア部材に隣接配置されて前記複数の回路連結板に電気的に接続され、且つ、前記複数の回路連結板を介して前記表示パネルに電気的に接続されており、
前記複数の前枠は、前記キャリア部材の外周縁に配置され、それぞれ屈曲部と延伸部とを有し、前記屈曲部及び/又は前記延伸部に第2の微細構造が形成され、
前記第1の微細構造及び前記第2の微細構造は、波浪状の凸凹構造であり、前記第1の微細構造の波浪状の凸凹構造は、前記第2の微細構造の波浪状の凸凹構造に揃えて形成されており、
前記屈曲部の厚さは、前記延伸部の厚さより厚くなっており、
前記複数の前枠と前記キャリア部材との連結部分は、それぞれ前記湾曲部の両側に位置している、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記隣接する二つの回路連結板同士の最短距離が0.1〜3mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記前枠の材質が、アルミニウム金属、マグネシウム金属、液体金属または合金である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記屈曲部は、長辺を有し、当該長辺の長さが2〜50mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記前枠は、前記キャリア部材、前記複数の回路連結板及び前記制御回路基板に覆設され、且つ、前記表示パネルの一部を覆うように設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 複数の駆動集積回路をさらに備え、
前記複数の回路連結板は、それぞれ前記キャリア部材に対向する表面を有し、
前記複数の駆動集積回路は、前記屈曲部の位置に対応して、それぞれ該当する前記表面に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の回路連結板と前記前枠との間に設けられ、それぞれ前記複数の回路連結板及び前記屈曲部と接触する熱伝導部材をさらに備え、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記駆動集積回路に対応した位置に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
