Description
熱転写機を用いて電池セルの表面に情報を印刷する方法であって、
離型紙上に情報を表示する粘着層が積層されている熱転写フィルムが巻き取られている熱転写ローラーから熱転写フィルムを引き取る過程;
前記熱転写フィルムを電池セルの一面上に位置させる過程;
前記熱転写フィルムに熱と圧力を加え、電池セルの一面上に熱転写フィルムの粘着層を付着させる過程;及び
離型紙ローラーによって熱転写フィルムの離型紙を巻き取る過程;
を含むことを特徴とする。
熱転写フィルムが巻き取られている熱転写ローラー;
前記電池セル上で熱転写ローラーから引き取られた熱転写フィルムに熱と圧力を加えるヒートスタンプ;
電池セルに対する熱転写が行われた後、離型紙を巻き取る離型紙ローラー;及び
多数の電池セルに対して熱転写を順次行うことができるように電池セルを移送する電池セル移送部;
を含む構造で構成されてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 熱転写機を用いて、最外層に樹脂層を含むパウチ型電池セルの表面に情報を印刷する方法であって、
離型紙上に情報を表示する粘着層が積層されている熱転写フィルムが巻き取られている熱転写ローラーから熱転写フィルムを引き取る過程と、
前記熱転写フィルムを電池セルの一面上に位置させる過程と、
前記熱転写フィルムに熱と圧力を加え、電池セルの一面上に熱転写フィルムの粘着層を付着させる過程であって、前記粘着層は、電池セルの情報が表示されている印刷層、及び前記印刷層を電池セルに接着させる接着層を含み、前記印刷層が、前記接着層に対して前記電池セルから離れる側に位置する、過程と、
離型紙ローラーによって熱転写フィルムの離型紙を巻き取る過程と、
を含み、
前記熱転写機は、
熱転写フィルムが巻き取られている熱転写ローラーと、
前記電池セル上で熱転写ローラーから引き取られた熱転写フィルムに熱と圧力を加えるヒートスタンプと、
電池セルに対する熱転写が行われた後、離型紙を巻き取る離型紙ローラーと、
多数の電池セルに対して熱転写を順次行うことができるように電池セルを移送する電池セル移送部と、
を含む構造からなり、
前記ヒートスタンプは、摂氏30度〜60度の温度で熱転写を行い、
前記ヒートスタンプは、0.5bar〜1.5barの圧力で熱転写フィルムと電池セルを加圧し、
複数の前記粘着層が、前記離型紙上で一定の間隔で形成されており、
連続的に電池セルの表面に熱転写過程を行うことができるように、前記電池セル移送部の作動によって電池セルが移動し、且つ、前記熱転写ローラーと前記離型紙ローラーの回転によって前記粘着層が移動することを特徴とする、電池セル表面印刷方法。 - 前記印刷層は、紙、高分子樹脂または金属で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 前記印刷層の電池セル情報は、電池セルの製造会社、ロゴ、製造年月日、及び電池セルの種類のうち1つ又は2つ以上の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 前記印刷層の電池セル情報は、電池セルの製造会社、製造年月日、及び電池セルの種類に関する情報のうち少なくとも1つ以上が入力されたバーコードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 前記電池セルは、電解液が含浸されており、正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に介在した分離膜構造の電極組立体がラミネートシートのパウチ型ケースに内蔵されている電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 前記ラミネートシートは、樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 前記電池セルはリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル表面印刷方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電池セル表面印刷方法で電池セル情報が印刷されたことを特徴とする、最外層に樹脂層を含むパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- パウチ型電池セルを電源として含んでいるデバイスの製造方法であって、前記パウチ型電池セルが、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法によって製造されることを特徴とする、デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のデバイスの製造方法。
