Claims (1)
- 正極集電体に支持された正極と負極集電体に支持された負極とがセパレータを介して積層されてなる電極積層体を有し、前記電極積層体が電解液とともに金属ラミネートフィルム材からなる容器内に収容されて密封封止されている薄膜型一次電池であって、
前記正極集電体及び前記負極集電体のうちの少なくとも一方が、ステンレス箔を用いて形成され、前記電極積層体の最外層に位置する前記ステンレス箔が、前記金属ラミネートフィルム材の封口前に、前記金属ラミネートフィルム材の内面に熱可塑性樹脂を介して溶着され、
前記ステンレス箔は両側に粗化面を有するとともに、一方の側の前記粗化面が溶着され、他方の側の前記粗化面には部分的にニッケルめっきが施されるとともに、前記ニッケルめっき上を除いた部分には前記正極が形成され、
前記熱可塑性樹脂は、前記金属ラミネートフィルム材の最内層を構成している変性ポリオレフィン樹脂からなる樹脂層であり、
前記粗化面のRaが0.20μm以上0.90μm以下であり、
前記ステンレス箔の厚さが10μm〜30μmであり、
前記樹脂層の厚さが10μm〜30μmである
ことを特徴とする薄膜型一次電池。
