Claims (2)
- 溶射によって多孔質溶射膜を形成する多孔質溶射膜の形成方法において、
粉末状の溶射用材料を造粒し、造粒した前記溶射用材料を水溶性の金属塩の溶液で含浸処理し、含浸処理した前記溶射用材料を基材に溶射して、溶射後に成膜された溶射膜を水洗いして前記金属塩を水で溶して除去することで、前記基材の表面に多孔質溶射膜を形成することを特徴とする多孔質溶射膜の形成方法。 - 前記溶射用材料をジルコニア又はアルミナとし、前記金属塩をアルカリ金属塩とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多孔質溶射膜の形成方法。
