Claims (8)
- 互いに隣接して配置された二本の平行なインバランス軸(10,10’)と、当該インバランス軸(10,10’)のための駆動装置とを備え、第1偏心装置(13)および第2偏心装置(13’)を有し様々な起振装置振動を作り出す起振装置を含む土締固め機、であって、
前記駆動装置が、前記第1偏心装置(13)の第1インバランス軸(10)に作動連結された第1のモータ(12)と、前記第2偏心装置(13’)の第2インバランス軸(10’)に作動連結された第2のモータ(12’)とからなる二つの互いに独立したモータ(12,12’)を有し、
前記第1偏心装置(13)は前記第1のモータ(12)に連結された第1駆動軸(14)を有し、前記第1駆動軸(14)は第1歯車対(34,36)からなる第1ギア機構を介して前記第1インバランス軸(10)に接続され、それによって、前記第1インバランス軸(10)は前記第1のモータ(12)によってその回転軸心(AR1)回りで回転可能であり、
前記第2偏心装置(13’)は前記第2のモータ(12’)に連結された第2駆動軸(14’)を有し、前記第2駆動軸(14’)は第2歯車対(34’,36’)からなる第2ギア機構を介して前記第2インバランス軸(10’)に接続され、それによって、前記第2インバランス軸(10’)は前記第2のモータ(12’)によってその回転軸心(AR2)回りで回転可能であることを特徴とする土締固め機。 - 前記第1および第2駆動軸(14,14’)は、互いに同軸に配置されている請求項1に記載の土締固め機。
- 前記第1および第2インバランス軸(10,10’)は、前記二本のインバランス軸(10,10’)から得られる遠心力(F1,F2)が少なくともおおよそ共有平面(E)に位置するように、それらの前記回転軸心(AR1,AR2)の方向において互いに対して配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の土締固め機。
- 前記回転軸心(AR1)回りで回転可能な少なくとも1つの第1副インバランスマス(16)が前記第1インバランス軸(10)上に配置され、および/又は、前記回転軸心(AR2)回りで回転可能な少なくとも1つの第2副インバランスマス(16’)が前記第2インバランス軸(10’)上に配置され、前記第1副インバランスマス(16)は少なくとも1つの第1接続部材(18)を介して前記第2インバランス軸(10’)に回転可能に接続され、前記第2副インバランスマス(16’)は少なくとも1つの第2接続部材(18’)を介して前記第1インバランス軸(10)に回転可能に接続されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の土締固め機。
- 前記第1接続部材(18)は、互いに作動連結する、少なくとも二つの歯車(17,19)、即ち、前記第1インバランス軸(10)に作動連結された第1駆動歯車(17)と、前記第2副インバランスマス(16’)に作動連結された少なくとも1つの第2出力歯車(19)と、を備える少なくとも1つのギア部材を有し、および/又は、
前記第2接続部材(18’)は、互いに作動連結する、少なくとも二つの歯車(17’,19’)、即ち、前記第2インバランス軸(10’)に作動連結された第2駆動歯車(17’)と、前記第1副インバランスマス(16)に作動連結された少なくとも1つの第1出力歯車(19’)と、を備える少なくとも1つのギア部材を有する請求項4に記載の土締固め機。 - 前記第1および/又は第2副インバランスマス(16,16’)は、前記対応のインバランス軸(10,10’)上に配置されて、その上に配置されたインバランスマス(11,11’)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む、少なくとも1つの中空筒状シェル、を含む請求項4または5に記載の土締固め機。
- 少なくとも1つのインバランス軸(10,10’)とその上に配置された前記副インバランスマス(16,16’)とは、前記インバランス軸(10,10’)の少なくとも1つのインバランスマス(11,11’)によって形成されるインバランス(U1,U2)と、前記副インバランスマスによって形成される副インバランス(UZ1,UZ2)とが同じ大きさになるように構成されている請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の土締固め機。
- 前記第1および第2副インバランスマス(16,16’)は、前記各インバランス軸(10,10’)上にそれらによって形成される前記副インバランス(UZ1,UZ2)が同じ大きさになるように、同様に構成されている請求項7に記載の土締固め機。
