本出願は、2014年6月30日に日本国特許庁に出願された特願2014−134634に基づいて優先権を主張し、その全ての開示は完全に本明細書で参照により組み込まれる。
Claims (8)
- ワークを保持するワーク保持手段と、前記ワーク保持手段に保持された前記ワークに対して所定の作業を行う作業手段を保持する作業手段保持部とが各自のベース上に一体的に設けられた移動モジュール及び固定モジュールと、前記移動モジュール及び前記固定モジュールが設置されるベッドとを備えた工作機械において、
前記移動モジュール及び前記固定モジュールの各々は、それぞれ前記ワークに対して前記所定の作業を行うことができ、前記ワークを前記移動モジュール及び前記固定モジュールとの間で受け渡しながら作業するように構成され、
前記移動モジュールは、互いに並設された2つのモジュールから構成され、かつ並び方向に移動可能に前記ベッド上に設けられ、
前記固定モジュールは、前記並び方向に移動不能に前記移動モジュールの対向側であって前記ベッド上に設けられ、
前記固定モジュールの側方に、前記ベッドを切り欠いて形成された切欠部が設けられ、
前記両移動モジュールは、前記固定モジュールと互いに一直線上に位置するように移動可能であり、且つ少なくとも一方の前記移動モジュールは前記切欠部の対向位置に移動可能に設けられたことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記移動モジュール及び前記固定モジュールは、前記ワーク保持手段として前記ワークを把持する主軸を有し、前記作業手段として前記主軸に把持された前記ワークを加工する工具を有し、前記作業手段保持部として前記工具を保持する刃物台を有する構成の、モジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1の工作機械。
- 前記固定モジュールを、並設される2つのモジュールから構成し、一方の前記固定モジュールの側方に前記切欠部が設けられ、他方の前記固定モジュールは、一方の前記固定モジュールを挟んで前記切欠部と反対側に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 隣接する前記モジュール間に、前記ワークを加工する互いの加工領域を隔絶する隔絶壁を、開閉自在に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械を、前記切欠部を介して複数並列に設けて構成されるワーク加工システム。
- 隣接する一方の前記工作機械の前記移動モジュールが、他方の前記工作機械の前記固定モジュールの対向位置に移動可能に設けられ、隣接する前記工作機械の間で前記ワークの受け渡しを行い、各工作機械間で前記ワークを受け渡しながら、前記ワークに対して複数の加工を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のワーク加工システム。
- 1つの前記移動モジュールが、隣接する一方の前記工作機械側の前記移動モジュール及び隣接する他方の前記工作機械側の前記移動モジュールとして兼用されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のワーク加工システム。
- 2つの前記移動モジュールが、並列に設けられた各工作機械の前記移動モジュールとして兼用されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のワーク加工システム。
