Claims (5)
- ボス部においてステアリングシャフトに連結される芯金部材と、前記芯金部材に対して固定され、ステアリングホイールの振動を減衰させるダンパユニットとを備えた車両用のステアリングホイール装置であって、
前記ダンパユニットは、前記ボス部の周囲に配置されるマス部材と;前記芯金部材と連結されるブラケットと;前記マス部材と前記ブラケットの間に配置された振動減衰部材とを備え、
前記振動減衰部材は:
前記ボス部のボスセンタから放射方向に延びる直線に沿って前記マス部材と前記ブラケットとの間に配置され、主にシミー振動に対して前記マス部材を一定に共振させることで、前記シミー振動を減衰させるシミー用緩衝部材と;
前記ボスセンタを通りY軸に平行な中心線(L1)上で前記ボスセンタから外れた位置を中心として当該中心から放射方向に延びる直線に沿って前記マス部材と前記ブラケットとの間に設けられ、主にステアリングホイールの回転軸に垂直な平面(XY平面)内で前記マス部材を一定に共振させるように配置され、XY方向の振動を減衰させるXY振動用緩衝部材とを有することを特徴とするステアリングホイール装置。 - 前記ダンパユニットは、前記芯金の前記ステアリングシャフト側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステアリングホイール装置。
- 前記ダンパユニットは、前記芯金の車室側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステアリングホイール装置。
- 前記マス部材は、無端環状に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のステアリングホイール装置。
- 前記シミー用緩衝部材とXY振動用緩衝部材とは、樹脂又はゴムから成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のステアリングホイール装置。
