(i)30mm未満の直径に対して内側コンポーネントの直径の少なくとも10%、または
(ii)少なくとも30mmの直径に対して少なくとも3mmの半径方向距離を有する、トレランスリング。
外側コンポーネントのボア内に配置され、内側コンポーネントと外側コンポーネントの間の半径方向間隙を画定する、内側コンポーネントであって、直径を有する、内側コンポーネントと、
半径方向間隙内に配置される、トレランスリングと、を備え、
半径方向間隙は、
(i)30mm未満の直径に対して内側コンポーネントの直径の少なくとも10%、または
(ii)少なくとも30mmの直径に対して少なくとも3mmの半径方向距離を有する、アセンブリ。

Claims (13)
- トレランスリングであって
複数の側壁セグメントを含む本体であって、各側壁セグメントが厚さ及び高さを有する、本体と、
前記側壁セグメントの隣接する2つの側壁セグメントの間に設けられた間隙と、を備え、
前記本体は、少なくとも2:1の、前記側壁セグメントの前記高さ対前記側壁セグメントの前記厚さの比によって測定される、アスペクト比を有し、前記トレランスリングは、
前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちのある側壁セグメント上に配置される補強材をさらに備え、前記補強材は、前記側壁セグメントのそれぞれの側端に隣接し、前記側壁セグメントの高さに平行して配向された線に沿って長手方向に延びる少なくとも一つの側端補強材と、前記側壁セグメントの中央部に配置され、前記側壁セグメントの高さに垂直な方向に長手方向に延びる中心補強材と、を備える、トレランスリング。 - 複数の側壁セグメントを含む本体であって、各側壁セグメントが厚さ及び高さを有する、本体と、
前記側壁セグメントの隣接する2つの側壁セグメントの間に設けられた間隙と、
前記本体の前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちのある側壁セグメント上に配置される補強材と、を備え、前記補強材は、前記側壁セグメントから延在する突起を備え、前記補強材は、前記側壁セグメントのそれぞれの側端に隣接し、前記側壁セグメントの高さに平行して配向された線に沿って長手方向に延びる少なくとも一つの側端補強材と、前記側壁セグメントの中央部に配置され、前記側壁セグメントの高さに垂直な方向に長手方向に延びる中心補強材と、を備える、トレランスリング。 - ボアを画定する外側コンポーネントと、
前記外側コンポーネントの前記ボア内に配置される、内側コンポーネントと、
前記内側コンポーネントと前記外側コンポーネントとの間に配置されるトレランスリングであって、
複数の側壁セグメントを含む本体であって、各側壁セグメントが厚さ及び高さを有する、本体と、
前記側壁セグメントの隣接する2つの側壁セグメントの間に設けられた間隙と、を備える、トレランスリングと、を備え、
各側壁セグメントが、前記内側コンポーネントと接触し、前記トレランスリングは、前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちのある側壁セグメント上に配置される補強材をさらに備え、前記補強材は、前記側壁セグメントのそれぞれの側端に隣接し、前記側壁セグメントの高さに平行して配向された線に沿って長手方向に延びる少なくとも一つの側端補強材と、前記側壁セグメントの中央部に配置され、前記側壁セグメントの高さに垂直な方向に長手方向に延びる中心補強材と、を備える、アセンブリ。 - 前記本体のアスペクト比は、少なくとも20:1である、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記補強材は、前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちの第1の側壁セグメントに沿って延在し、前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちの第2の側壁セグメントと接触する前に終端する、請求項1、2、および3のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記補強材は、前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちの少なくとも2つの側壁セグメントに沿って延在する、請求項1、2、および3のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記補強材は、前記側壁セグメントと一体化している、請求項1、2、および3のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の側壁セグメントの全ての側壁セグメントがそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの補強材を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記本体は、少なくとも3つの側壁セグメントを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の側壁セグメントのうちの少なくとも1つの側壁セグメントは、内側コンポーネントとの1つの接点及び外側コンポーネントとの2つの接点を形成するように適合される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
- 各側壁セグメントが、組み立てられていない状態で略平面である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のトレランスリングまたはアセンブリ。
