Description
第一に、電波を透過させてレーダー作動を円滑にすることができる。
第二に、高温でも電波透過性を保つことができる。
第三に、金属調の質感を示すため、周辺の金属部品と調和をなして審美的な効果を奏することができる。
Claims (5)
- 透明な第1レジン層と、
前記第1レジン層上にTiO2とSiO2を交互に蒸着させて金属調の質感が得られる多層構造の光学コーティングと、
前記光学コーティング上に形成された不透明な第2レジン層と、
前記光学コーティングと前記第2レジン層との間に形成され、前記光学コーティングの層からの光が前記第2レジン層に透過するのを防止する不透明な断熱層と、
を含んでなり、
前記光学コーティングの層からの光の反射率が、可視光線全領域(波長400〜700nm)にわたって30%以上であり、最大反射率と最小反射率の偏差が5%以内であることを特徴とする、電波透過型多層光学コーティング。 - 前記光学コーティングは、一番目のTiO2層が前記第1レジン層に接し、TiO2とSiO2がそれぞれ複数の層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電波透過型多層光学コーティング。
- 前記光学コーティングは、総厚さが500nm以上であり、それぞれのTiO2層とSiO2層の厚さが10〜200nmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電波透過型多層光学コーティング。
- 前記第1レジン層と前記光学コーティングとの間に形成されたプライマー層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電波透過型多層光学コーティング。
- 前記断熱層は不透明な耐熱性塗料から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電波透過型多層光学コーティング。
