Description
本発明者等は、金属ナノ粒子の表面に形成される無機酸化物被膜の厚みの最適範囲を特定するべく、電波透過減衰量と反射率を測定する実験をおこなった。
本発明者等は、図1で示す装飾被膜10(無機酸化物層を有する装飾被膜)に対応した実施例と、図8aで示す従来の有機物層を有する装飾被膜(比較例)を試作し、双方にキセノン試験を実施し、実施後の色相変化の程度をLab色差に基づいて測定した。表1にキセノン試験前後のLabの値と色相変化結果を示す。
Claims (2)
- レーダ装置経路内に位置する樹脂基材の表面に形成される装飾被膜であって、
前記装飾被膜は、金属ナノ粒子が無機酸化物で被覆されてなる層から形成され、
金属ナノ粒子の表面に無機酸化物被膜が形成されたものが樹脂基材の表面に不連続に成膜され、この上に有機物からなる前記層が形成されている装飾被膜。 - 前記無機酸化物被膜の厚みが3〜50nmの範囲である請求項1に記載の装飾被膜。
