Description
‐半金属装飾層の、基板上への接着性が向上する、
‐半金属装飾層の耐腐食性が向上する、
‐半金属装飾層のメタリック調が、その他の車両金属装飾部分にマッチするように強調される、
‐酸化物も導電性が低いため、酸化物による電磁波への歪み導入を無視できる。
基板の近位面上の装飾の可能な非限定的な例は、ケイ素及びゲルマニウムを含む複数の半金属層、及び、以下の元素を用いた複数の酸化物堆積層である。これらの元素は、チタン(Ti)、バナジウム(V)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ニオブ(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、ハフニウム(Hf)、タンタル(Ta)、タングステン(W)、イリジウム(Ir)、ニッケル(Ni)、白金(Pt)、銀(Ag)、インジウム(In)、タリウム(Tl)、ケイ素(Si)、ガリウム(Ga)、又は、アルミニウム(Al)である。

Claims (7)
- 電波透過性樹脂から形成された基板(18)と装飾層(20)を備えた、車両のためのレドーム(10)であって、
前記基板(18)が、装飾層(20)と接する面(近位面)と、前記近位面と反対側の面(遠位面)を有し、
前記装飾層(20)が、前記近位面に付与され、
前記装飾層(20)が、半金属及び/又は半金属合金並びに少なくとも1つの酸化物で形成された層である、車両用レドーム(10)。 - 前記酸化物が、チタン(Ti)、バナジウム(V)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ニオブ(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、ハフニウム(Hf)、タンタル(Ta)、タングステン(W)、イリジウム(Ir)、ニッケル(Ni)、白金(Pt)、銀(Ag)、ケイ素(Si)、インジウム(In)、タリウム(Tl)、ガリウム(Ga)、及び/又はアルミニウム(Al)を含む、請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム(10)。
- 前記半金属又は前記合金の半金属が、ケイ素、ホウ素、ゲルマニウム、ヒ素、アンチモン及び/又はテルルから選択される、請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム(10)。
- さらに、前記装飾層(20)を覆う電波透過性樹脂層(22)を含む、請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム(10)。
- 前記樹脂層(22)が装飾用のインクオーバーレイを含む、請求項4に記載の車両用レドーム(10)。
- 前記装飾層(20)において、前記半金属及び/又は半金属合金並びに少なくとも1つの酸化物は、前記近位面の表面上に、PVDマグネトロンスパッタリングにより堆積される、請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム(10)。
- 請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム(10)を含む車両(14)であって、フロントグリルアセンブリ(12)を含み、前記フロントグリルアセンブリ(12)の外面に前記レドーム(10)が配置され、前記車両(14)が、さらに、前記レドーム(10)の後ろに配置され且つ前記レドーム(10)に位置合わせされたレーダアンテナ(16)を含む、車両(14)。
