Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble comprenant un dispositif (20) et un obstacle (10) soumis à une onde électromagnétique incidente de longueur d'onde A. L'obstacle (10) est formé dans un matériau conducteur électrique et a une forme sensiblement cylindrique de dimensions transversales r par rapport à un axe longitudinal (O ; ez), lequel axe longitudinal est sensiblement perpendiculaire à une direction de propagation de l'onde électromagnétique incidente. L'obstacle (10) a par ailleurs une dimension transversale maximale d telle que le rapport d/λ est inférieur à 1. Le dispositif (20) est placé sur tout ou partie d'une surface de l'obstacle (10) et comporte un manchon d'un revêtement diélectrique (21), de permittivité diélectrique relative équivalente ϵreq, de hauteur hp suivant un axe longitudinal dudit manchon, sensiblement égale à λ/2√ϵreq, et un manchon d'un revêtement conducteur (22) électrique placé sur la périphérie du revêtement diélectrique (21).
