Description

Claims (16)
- 患者の体管腔内の術空間における低侵襲手技を行うためのシステムであって、
内壁、外壁、第1の管腔、前記第1の管腔に位置付けられる第1の可撓性チューブ、および、前記第1の管腔に位置付けられる第2の可撓性チューブを有する可撓性カテーテルであって、前記第1の管腔は内視鏡を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされる第1の空間を画定し、前記第1の可撓性チューブの近位部分および前記第2の可撓性チューブの近位部分が固定され、かつ前記可撓性カテーテルの前記第1の管腔内で浮動するように構成される、可撓性カテーテルと、
前記第1の可撓性チューブ内に摺動可能に位置付けられ、該第1の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のために第1の器具を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされる、第1の可撓性ガイドであって、長手軸、および前記第1の可撓性ガイドの前記長手軸に対してある角度位置に移動可能な遠位部分を有する、第1の可撓性ガイドと、
前記第2の可撓性チューブ内に摺動可能に位置付けられ、該第2の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のために第2の器具を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされる、第2の可撓性ガイドであって、長手軸、および前記第2の可撓性ガイドの前記長手軸に対してある角度位置に移動可能な遠位部分を有する、第2の可撓性ガイドと、
前記可撓性カテーテルの遠位部分の中に位置付けられ、内部に前記第1の可撓性チューブの遠位部分が摺動可能に配置される第1の管状支持体と、
前記可撓性カテーテルの遠位部分に位置付けられ、非拡開挿入位置から、体管腔内に拡開区域を形成する拡開位置まで移動可能である、術空間拡開システムであって、前記第1の可撓性ガイドの前記遠位部分および前記第2の可撓性ガイドの前記遠位部分は、前記拡開区域内の角度位置まで移動可能である、術空間拡開システムと、を備えるシステム。 - 前記術空間拡開システム用のカバーリングであって、体組織を受容するための開口部を有する、カバーリングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の可撓性チューブは、前記第1の可撓性チューブが屈曲した際、前記第1の管状支持体内で伸縮自在である、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性カテーテルの前記遠位部分の中に位置付けられる第2の管状支持体をさらに備え、前記第2の可撓性チューブの遠位部分は、前記第2の管状支持体の内部に摺動可能に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の可撓性チューブは、前記第2の管状支持体内で伸縮する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の可撓性チューブは、前記遠位部分が前記拡開区域へ延びるように寸法取りされる、請求項4または5に記載のシステム。
- 前記術空間拡開システムは、複数の可撓性要素を備え、前記拡開位置への移動の際に、前記複数の可撓性要素の第1の可撓性要素および第2の可撓性要素は、非拡開挿入位置から、前記可撓性カテーテルの長手軸から離れて外方に前記拡開位置へ移動し、前記複数の可撓性要素の第3の可撓性要素および第4の可撓性要素は、前記非拡開挿入位置に留まる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記術空間拡開システムの安定性および剛性を高めるために第1の位置から第2の位置まで移動可能なスタビライザをさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の可撓性要素の少なくとも1つは、前記術空間拡開システムを安定させるのに十分な剛性を有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性カテーテルの近位区域に位置付けられ、かつ、前記非拡開挿入位置と前記拡開位置との間で前記第1の可撓性要素および前記第2の可撓性要素を移動させるために前記術空間拡開システムに動作可能に連結されるアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項7または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の可撓性要素および前記第2の可撓性要素の近位部分を保持するように構成された近位カプラと、前記第1の可撓性要素および前記第2の可撓性要素の遠位部分を保持するように構成された遠位カプラとをさらに備え、前記近位カプラおよび前記遠位カプラのそれぞれは、前記内視鏡をその中を通して受容するように寸法取りされた管腔を含む、請求項7,9,10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 患者の体管腔内の術空間における低侵襲手技を行うためのシステムであって、
第1の管腔を有する可撓性主チューブであって、第1の可撓性チューブは前記第1の管腔内に位置付けられ、かつ第1の可撓性チューブの少なくとも中間部分が前記第1の管腔内で径方向に移動するように前記可撓性主チューブの前記第1の管腔内で浮動し、前記第1の管腔が内視鏡を受容するようにさらに構成されかつ寸法取りされ、前記内視鏡が前記第1の管腔内で浮動するように構成された、可撓性主チューブと、
前記第1の可撓性チューブ内に摺動可能に位置付けられる第1の可撓性ガイドであって、該第1の可撓性ガイドにおける軸方向移動のための第1の器具を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされ、長手軸、および、前記第1の可撓性ガイドの前記長手軸に対してある角度位置に移動可能な遠位部分を有する、第1の可撓性ガイドと、
前記可撓性主チューブの遠位部分の中に位置付けられ、内部に前記第1の可撓性チューブの遠位部分が摺動可能に配置される第1の管状支持体と、
前記可撓性主チューブの遠位部分に位置付けられる術空間拡開システムであって、非拡開挿入位置から、体管腔内に拡開区域を形成する拡開位置まで移動可能であり、前記第1の可撓性ガイドの前記遠位部分は前記拡開区域内で移動可能である、前記術空間拡開システムと、を備えるシステム。 - 前記第1の管腔内に位置付けられる第2の可撓性チューブをさらに含み、前記第2の可撓性チューブは、前記第2の可撓性チューブの少なくとも中間部分が前記第1の管腔内で径方向に移動するように、かつ、第2の可撓性ガイドは前記第2の可撓性チューブ内に摺動可能に位置付けられるように、該可撓性主チューブの前記第1の管腔内で浮動し、前記第2の可撓性ガイドは、該第2の可撓性ガイドにおける軸方向移動のための第2の器具を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされ、前記第2の可撓性ガイドは、長手軸、および、前記長手軸に対してある角度位置に移動可能なチューブ遠位部分を有する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性主チューブの遠位部分の中に位置付けられる第2の管状支持体をさらに備え、前記第2の可撓性チューブの遠位部分は、前記第2の管状支持体の内部に摺動可能に配置され、前記可撓性主チューブが屈曲した際、前記第1の可撓性チューブが前記第1の管状支持体内で伸縮自在であるとともに前記第2の可撓性チューブが前記第2の管状支持体内で伸縮自在である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記術空間拡開システムは、前記拡開区域を剛性化するための安定化構造を含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 患者の体管腔内の術空間において低侵襲手技を行うためのシステムであって、
内壁、外壁、第1の可撓性チューブ、および第2の可撓性チューブを有する可撓性カテーテルと、
前記可撓性カテーテルの管腔内に受容される内視鏡と、
前記可撓性カテーテルの近位端に取り付けられる、前記第1の可撓性チューブの近位端および前記第2の可撓性チューブの近位端と、
前記可撓性カテーテルの遠位部分の中に位置付けられ、内部に第1の可撓性チューブの遠位部分が摺動可能に配置される第1の管状支持体と、
前記可撓性カテーテルの遠位部分の中に位置付けられ、内部に第2の可撓性チューブの遠位部分が摺動可能に配置される第2の管状支持体と、
を備え、
前記第1の可撓性チューブの中間部分および前記第2の可撓性チューブの中間部分は、前記可撓性カテーテルの前記管腔内において、前記可撓性カテーテルの近位端と遠位端との間で浮動し、
前記第1の可撓性チューブは、a)該第1の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のための第1の可撓性ガイド、またはb)該第1の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のための第1の内視鏡術具の1つまたは両方を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされ、
前記第2の可撓性チューブは、a)該第2の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のための第2の可撓性ガイド、またはb)該第2の可撓性チューブにおける軸方向移動のための第2の内視鏡術具の1つまたは両方を受容するように構成されかつ寸法取りされ、
術空間拡開システムは、前記可撓性カテーテルの遠位部分に位置付けられ、前記術空間拡開システムは、非拡開挿入位置から、体管腔内に拡開区域を形成する拡開位置まで移動可能であり、前記第1の可撓性ガイドの遠位部分および前記第2の可撓性ガイドの遠位部分は、前記拡開区域内で移動可能であるシステム。
