Description
一実施形態において、第1のカテーテル部分は編組ポリマーで形成されるとともに、第2のカテーテル部分はニチノールで形成される。
一実施形態において、装置は、支持管を取り囲む電気絶縁の層をさらに含む。
一実施形態において、第1のカテーテル部分と第2のカテーテル部分とは、突合せ接合部で突き合わされ、支持管に接合される。
一実施形態において、エコー発生材料は、音響的に透過性のある材料に懸濁された粒子を含んでなるコーティングである。
一実施形態において、本装置は、カテーテルのルーメンを通るとともに湾曲した遠位端から遠位に延出する寸法と形状に設定された穿刺装置をさらに含み、該穿刺装置は、当該穿刺装置が目標組織にアクセスホールを穿刺したときに、まっすぐにされた遠位端が当該穿刺装置に追従してアクセスホールに入るように、穿刺装置が湾曲した遠位端を通って延びているときに当該湾曲した遠位端をまっすぐにする。
一実施形態において、第2のカテーテル部分は、第1のカテーテル部分の近位端の低減された外径に概ね等しい外径を有する。
一実施形態において、本装置は、第1のカテーテル部分の近位端の外面と第2のカテーテル部分の遠位端の外面とが整合しない場合、両外面の一方を取り囲むポリマーをさらに含む。
一実施形態において、本装置は、湾曲した遠位端のすぐ近位にある第1のカテーテル部分の外面を取り囲む金属ハイポチューブをさらに含む。
Claims (14)
- 装置であって、
カテーテルを備え、該カテーテルは、それを貫通するルーメンを含み、前記カテーテルは内視鏡シャフトを通って生体内の目標組織まで延びる寸法と形状に設定され、前記ルーメンは、それを通して穿刺装置を受け入れるための寸法と形状に設定され、前記カテーテルは、第2のカテーテル部分に対して遠位にある第1のカテーテル部分を含み、前記第1のカテーテル部分と前記第2のカテーテル部分とは異なる材料から形成され、前記第1のカテーテル部分は、柔軟な湾曲した遠位端を有し、
前記第1のカテーテル部分の近位端の外面と前記第2のカテーテル部分の遠位端の外面の周りに固定された支持管を備え、前記支持管の遠位端の遠位に延びる前記カテーテルの一部の外径は、前記支持管の外径と概ね同一である、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記第1のカテーテル部分が編組ポリマーで形成され、前記第2のカテーテル部分がニチノールで形成される、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記支持管を囲む電気絶縁層をさらに備える、装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記第1のカテーテル部分と前記第2のカテーテル部分とが突合せ接合部で突き合わされ、前記支持管に接合されている、装置。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
柔軟な前記遠位端若しくは前記支持管又は柔軟な前記遠位端及び前記支持管上にエコー発生材料をさらに備える、装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記エコー発生材料は、音響的に透過性のある材料に懸濁された粒子を含んでなるコーティングである、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記エコー発生材料は、前記遠位端に被さるコイル状又は編組されたワイヤ又はポリマーである、装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記カテーテルの前記ルーメンを通るとともに湾曲した前記遠位端から遠位に延出する寸法と形状に設定された穿刺装置をさらに備え、該穿刺装置は、当該穿刺装置が目標組織にアクセスホールを穿刺したときに、まっすぐにされた前記遠位端が当該穿刺装置に追従して前記アクセスホールに入るように、前記穿刺装置が湾曲した前記遠位端を通って延びているときに当該湾曲した遠位端をまっすぐにする、装置。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記カテーテル及び前記支持管の外部に沿って長手方向に摺動可能にした電気外科シースをさらに備え、前記電気外科シースは、当該電気外科シースが湾曲した遠位端に被さって摺動するとともに電流が印加されたときに、アクセスホールを電気外科的に拡開するための電気外科チップを有する、装置。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記第1のカテーテル部分の近位端が、当該第1のカテーテル部分の遠位端の外径に対して低減された外径を有する、装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、前記第2のカテーテル部分が、前記第1のカテーテル部分の前記近位端の低減された外径と概ね等しい外径を有する、装置。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1のカテーテル部分の近位端の外径と前記第2のカテーテル部分の遠位端の外径とが異なる寸法である場合に、前記第1のカテーテル部分の近位端の外面と前記第2のカテーテル部分の遠位端の外面との一方を取り囲むポリマーをさらに備える、装置。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、前記第1のカテーテル部分の前記近位端の内面と前記第2のカテーテル部分の前記遠位端の内面のうちの一方の縁が面取りされている、装置。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記支持管は、湾曲した前記遠位端のすぐ近位にある前記第1のカテーテル部分の前記外面を取り囲む金属ハイポチューブである、装置。
