Claims (20)
- 中空器官への経管留置のためのステントであって、前記ステントは、第1の断面直径を有する圧縮状態から拡大された第2の断面直径を有する拡張状態に変換可能な管状の本体を有し、
前記ステントは、該ステントの長手方向(10)に連続する、少なくとも2つの支持部(12)と少なくとも1つの連結部(14)とを有し、
前記支持部(12)は、前記拡張状態において、前記管状の本体の壁に設けられた複数の孔(16)と、該管状の本体によって形成されるとともに前記孔(16)を囲み、該孔と共に前記支持部(12)のセル(20)を形成する縁取り要素(18)と、をそれぞれ有し、
長手方向(10)に隣接する2つの支持部(12)は、間に配置された連結部(14)によって互いに連結され、
前記隣接する支持部(12)の互いに面する端面(28)は、対応する支持部(12)の端面セル(20)の列(22)によってそれぞれ形成されており、
前記連結部(14)は、前記管状の本体によって形成されるとともに、前記2つの隣接する支持部(12)の互いに面する端面(28)を互いに連結する1つまたは複数の連結要素(26)を含み、
前記隣接する支持部(12)の互いに面する2つの端面(28)の一方を形成するセル(20)のいくつかのみが、連結要素(26)によって前記隣接する支持部(12)の互いに面する2つの端面(28)の他方に直接連結されているステントにおいて、
ステントは、ステントの長手方向側端部に配置された端部側支持部(12)と、この端部側支持部(12)に隣接するステントの中心領域と、を含み、
ステントの前記中心領域は、複数の支持部(12)によって形成されており、これらの支持部は、長手方向に隣接するとともに連結部(14)によって互いに連結されており、かつステントの周方向(24)に連続するちょうど1列(22)のセル(20)をそれぞれ有し、
前記端部側支持部(12)は、ステントの長手方向(10)に連続するセル(20)の複数の列(22)を有し、各列(22)のセル(20)は、ステントの周方向(24)にそれぞれ連続しており、
これにより、ステントの前記端部側支持部(12)は、ステントの前記中心領域に配置された支持部(12)に比べて、軸方向長さおよびステントの周方向(24)に連続するセル(20)の列(22)の数が大きく、これらの列は、ステントの長手方向に連続していることを特徴とするステント。 - 前記連結部(14)の連結要素(26)の数が、前記連結部(14)の連結要素(26)によって連結される互いに面する2つの端面(28)の一方を形成する前記隣接する支持部の少なくとも一方のセル(20)の数よりも少ないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記隣接する支持部の少なくとも一方が、ステントの周方向(24)に連続するとともに、ステントの周方向(24)に延びる閉じたリング(23)を形成するセル(20)の列(22)をそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のステント。
- 前記支持部(12)の端面(28)を形成するセル(20)は、対応する前記隣接する支持部(12)に面するとともに丸みづけられた形状を有する自由端(21)をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記2つの隣接する支持部(12)の互いに面する端面セル(20)は、ステントの周方向(24)に互いからオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記支持部(12)のセル(20)は、ステントの拡張状態においてひし形であるとともに、ステントの長手方向軸に対して斜めに配置された少なくとも1つの部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記連結部(14)の少なくとも1つの連結要素(26)は、ステントの拡張状態および/または圧縮状態において、ステントの長手方向(10)に測定された長さを有し、この長さは、前記連結要素(26)によって連結されたセル(20)の長さ(1)の少なくとも50%、少なくとも75%、または少なくとも100%以上の長さであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記連結部(14)の少なくとも1つの連結要素(26)は、前記支持部(12)の端面(28)を形成する2つのセル(20)が互いに連結された領域において、該支持部(12)の端面(28)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記連結部(14)の少なくとも1つの連結要素(26)は、少なくとも部分的にステントの長手方向(10)に対して横向きに方向づけられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 連結部(14)の少なくとも1つの連結要素(26)は、屈曲または湾曲した形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- ステントは、ステントの長手方向(19)に連続する2つ以上の支持部(12)と、複数の連結部(14)と、を有し、1つの連結部(14)が、2つの互いに隣接する支持部(12)を互いに対してそれぞれ連結していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 隣接する2つの連結部(14)の連結要素(26)は、ステントの周方向(24)に互いに対してオフセットして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のステント。
- 少なくとも1つの連結部(14)は、1〜10個の連結要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 少なくとも1つの連結部(14)は、ステントの周辺部にわたって少なくともほぼ同じ角度間隔で配置された複数の連結要素(26)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 支持部(12)の少なくとも1つの端面(28)は、2〜4個のセル(20)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記中空器官は、血管、尿管、食道、結腸、十二指腸および胆道を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記屈曲または湾曲した形状は、S字形またはZ字形であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結部(14)は、1個、2個、3個、または4個の連結要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のステント。
- 支持部(12)の少なくとも1つの端面(28)は、4〜30個のセル(20)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 支持部(12)の少なくとも1つの端面(28)は、8〜24個のセル(20)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のステント。
