Abstract
resumo stent para a implantação transluminal em órgãos ocos, em particular, em vasos sanguíneos, ureteres, esôfagos, cólon, duodeno ou tratos biliares stent com um corpo essencialmente tubular, que pode ser convertido de um estado comprimido com um primeiro diâmetro de corte transversal para um estado expandido com um segundo diâmetro de corte transversal aumentado, sendo que o stent compreende pelo menos duas porções de suporte (12) e pelo menos uma porção de conexão (14), que se sucedem em direção longitudinal do stent, sendo que as porções de suporte apresentam respectivamente várias incisões (16) da parede do corpo tubular e elementos de contorno (18) formados através do corpo tubular, que circundam as incisões e juntos com essas, no estado expandido, formam células (20) das porções de suporte, sendo que duas porções de suporte adjacentes em direção longitudinal são conectadas uma com a outra através de uma porção de conexão intermediária, sendo que os lados frontais (28) voltados um ao outro das porções de suporte adjacentes são formadas respectivamente por uma série (22) de células frontais da respectiva porção de suporte, sendo que a porção de conexão compreende um ou mais elementos de conexão formados através do corpo tubular, que conectam os lados frontais voltados um ao outro das duas porções de suporte adjacentes e sendo que apenas uma parte das células, que formam um dos dois lados frontais voltados um ao outro das porções de suporte adjacentes, é conectada diretamente com o outro dos dois lados voltados um ao outro das porções de suporte adjacentes através de um elemento de conexão. 1/1
