Claims (15)
1. Stent za transluminalnu implantaciju u šuplje organe posebno u krvne žile, mokraćovode, jednjak, crijeva, duodenum ili žučne puteve, koji ima uglavnom cjevasti oblik, a koji se može pretvarati iz komprimiranog stanja s prvim promjerom poprečnog presjeka u ekspandirano stanje s povećanim drugim promjerom poprečnog presjeka; pri čemu stent obuhvaća najmanje dva potporna odsječka (12) i barem jedan spojni odsječak (14), koji slijede jedan drugog u uzdužnom smjeru (10) stenta, gdje potporni odsječci (12) imaju svaki više otvora (16) u zidu cjevastog tijela i obodne elemente (18) oblikovane cjevastim tijelom, koji okružuju otvore (16) i zajedno s njima u ekspandiranom stanju oblikuju ćelije (20) potpornih odsječaka (12); dok su dva u uzdužnom smjeru (10) susjedna potporna odsječka (12) međusobno spojena preko jednog spojnog odsječka (14) koji se nalazi između toga; pri čemu su međusobno sučeljene čeone strane (28) susjednih potpornih odsječaka (12) formirane putem niza (22) čeonih ćelija (20) svakog odgovarajućeg potpornog odsječka (12); gdje spojni odsječak (14) obuhvaća jedan ili više spojnih elemenata (26) formiranih pomoću cjevastog tijela, koji međusobno povezuju zajedno sučeljene krajnje čeone strane (28) od dva susjedna potporna odsječka (12); i gdje su samo neke od ćelija (20) koje čine jednu od dvije međusobno sučeljene čeone strane (28) susjednih potpornih odsječaka (12), povezane izravno preko jednog spojnog elementa (26) s drugom od dvije međusobno sučeljene čeone strane (28) susjednih potpornih odsječaka (12); naznačen time, da stent obuhvaća jedan krajnji potporni odsječak (12) koji je raspoređen na njegovom uzdužnom kraju kao i jedno srednje područje stenta koje se nadovezuje na taj krajnji potporni odsječak (12); pri čemu je srednje područje stenta oblikovano putem mnoštva potpornih odsječaka (12) koji su u uzdužnom smjeru susjedni i međusobno povezani spojnim odsječcima (14), te od kojih svaki ima točno jedan niz (22) ćelija (20) koje u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta slijede jedna drugu; i pri čemu krajnji potporni odsječak (12) ima mnoštvo redova (22) ćelija (20) koje slijede jedna drugu u uzdužnom smjeru (10) stenta; gdje su ćelije (20) iz jednog niza (22) u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta, tako raspoređene da svaka slijedi jedna drugu; tako da krajnji potporni odsječak (12) ima veću aksijalnu duljinu i veći broj nizova (22) koji slijede jedan drugi u uzdužnom smjeru (10) stenta, od ćelija (20) koje slijede jedna drugu u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta, nego potporni odsječci (12) koji su smješteni u srednjem području stenta.
2. Stent prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je broj spojnih elemenata (26) spojnog odsječka (14) manji od broja onih ćelija (20) od najmanje jednog a posebno od oba susjedna potporna odsječka (12), koji oblikuju jednu ili dvije krajnje čeone strane (28) koje su preko spojnih elemenata (26) spojnog odsječka (14) međusobno povezane i okrenute jedan prema drugoj.
3. Stent prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan a posebno dva susjedna potporna odsječka (12) pojedinačno obuhvaća jedan od niza (22) ćelija (20) koje slijede jedna drugu u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta i poželjno čine uglavnom jedan zatvoreni, u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta, okružujući prsten (23).
4. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da ćelije (20) koje čine krajnju čeonu stranu (28) jednog potpornog odsječka (12), imaju svaka po jedan slobodan kraj (21) koji je okrenut odgovarajućem susjednom potpornom odsječku (12) i zaobljenog je oblika.
5. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su međusobno sučeljene krajnje čeone ćelije (20) dvaju susjednih potpornih odsječaka (12) raspoređene međusobno izmaknute u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta.
6. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su ćelije (20) potpornih odsječaka (12) u ekspandiranom stanju stenta formirane uglavnom u obliku romba i/ili imaju najmanje jedan a pretežno tri koso prema uzdužnoj osi stenta smještena odjeljka (20’, 20’’ 20’’’).
7. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan spojni element (26) od spojnog odsječka (14) u ekspandiranom i/ili komprimiranom stanju stenta, ima duljinu mjerenu u uzdužnom smjeru (10) stenta, koja iznosi najmanje 50%, najmanje 75%, najmanje 100% ili više od duljine (I) ćelija (20) povezanih spojnim elementom (26).
8. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan spojni element (26) od spojnog odsječka (14) u području (30) spojen s krajnjom čeonom stranom (28) potpornog odsječka (12), gdje su dvije ćelije (20) koje čine krajnju čeonu stranu (28) tog potpornog odsječka (12), međusobno povezane.
9. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan spojni element (26) od spojnog odsječka (14) usmjeren barem djelomično poprečno na uzdužni smjer (10) stenta.
10. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan spojni element (26) od spojnog odsječka (14) ima savijeni ili zakrivljeni oblik, a poželjno je uglavnom u obliku slova S ili Z.
11. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da stent ima više od dva potporna odsječka (12) i više spojnih odsječaka (14), koji slijede jedan drugi u uzdužnom smjeru (10) stenta, pri čemu pojedini spojni odsječak (14) međusobno spaja dva zajednički susjedna potporna odsječka (12).
12. Stent prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time, da su spojni elementi (26) od dva posebno međusobno susjedna spojna odsječka (14) u obodnom smjeru (24) stenta, postavljeni izmaknuto jedan od drugoga.
13. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan spojni odsječak (14) obuhvaća između jednog i deset spojnih elemenata a po mogućnosti jedan, dva, tri ili četiri spojna elementa (26).
14. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da najmanje jedan spojni odsječak (14) obuhvaća mnoštvo spojnih elemenata (26) koji su barem u približno jednakim razmacima kutova distribuirano raspoređeni preko opsega stenta.
15. Stent prema najmanje jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je barem jedna krajnja čeona strana (28) od jednog potpornog odsječka (12), formirana putem od dvije do 40, poželjno od četiri do 30, a posebno poželjno od osam do 24 ćelije (20).
