Claims (13)
1. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo (530, 540, 550, 560), koje sadrži:
ureteralni stent (534, 542, 552, 562, 572) koji sadrži izduženo centralno tijelo koje ima unutrašnji lumen koji se pruža između kraja koji se nalazi u bubregu i suprotnog kraja koji se nalazi u mjehuru, naznačeno time što sredstvo sadrži
komponentu (532, 548, 554, 566, 100, 574, 600) za isporuku lijeka koja se pruža od kraja ureteralnog stenta koji se nalazi u mjehuru,
pri čemu komponenta za isporuku lijeka ima proksimalni kraj koji je pričvršćen za ureteralni stent i distalni kraj koji je odmaknut od ureteralnog stenta, i
pri čemu komponenta za isporuku lijeka sadrži kućište za lijek koje definira rezervoar (102, 588) lijeka koji sadrži lijek (112, 604) u čvrstom ili polučvrstom obliku, pri čemu je kućište za lijek konfigurirano za oslobađanje lijeka in vivo.
2. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu:
kućište za lijek komponente za isporuku lijeka sadrži cjevčicu (122); i
lijek sadrži mnoštvo tableta čvrstog lijeka (112) poravnatih u nizu u cjevčici.
3. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu kućište sadrži silikon ili drugi vodopropusni materijal.
4. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1 pri čemu:
kućište za lijek sadrži otvor (118) za oslobađanje; i
lijek sadrži vodorastvorni oblik soli lidokaina.
5. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu:
lijek sadrži lidokainsku bazu; i
kućište sadrži materijal koji je propustljiv za lidokainsku bazu.
6. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, pri čemu se komponenta (100) za isporuku lijeka može deformirati između oblika za zadržavanje i oblika za uvođenje.
7. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 6, pri čemu komponenta (100) za isporuku lijeka sadrži zadržavajući okvir (114) koji može funkcionirati tako da izazove da komponenta za isporuku lijeka zauzme oblik za zadržavanje poslije uvođenja komponente za isporuku lijeka unutar mjehura.
8. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, pri čemu komponenta za isporuku lijeka sadrži konfiguraciju u obliku kikica.
9. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu:
komponenta (554, 574) za isporuku lijeka sadrži centralni lumen (582) koji je fluidno povezan sa centralnim lumenom ureteralnog stenta (552, 572); i
komponenta za isporuku lijeka sadrži otvor (556) za isticanje urina na daljem kraju od ureteralnog stenta.
10. Implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu:
ureteralni stent (562) sadrži otvor (564) za istjecanje urina bliže kraju koji se nalazi u mjehuru ureteralnog stenta; i
komponenta (566) za isporuku lijeka sadrži centralni lumen koji definira rezervoar za smještaj lijeka.
11. Implantabilno sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su komponenta ureteralnog stenta i komponenta za isporuku lijeka odvojeno izvedene komponente koje su međusobno pričvršćene.
12. Implantabilno sredstvo prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su komponenta ureteralnog stenta i komponenta za isporuku lijeka izvedene integralno kao samo jedna jedinica.
13. Pribor za medicinski postupak koji sadrži:
implantabilno medicinsko sredstvo prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12; i
jedno ili više od vodeće žice, dilatatora i zaštitne obloge za ugradnju.
