Description
しかしこれは、カテーテルが突出したステントを越えて主枝206に進出するのを妨げる恐れがある。更に、もしステントが主枝206内の病変部の処置のために側枝204の小孔を橋渡し(ブリッジ)する必要がある場合、側枝に突出したステントの部分が金属の重なり及び接触を導き、結果、ステント枠体の変形を招き、緊急でその後(長期間)の処置の成功を著しく損なう恐れがあり、又、ステント内に血栓を形成するリスクも増大するなどの懸念をもたらす。
更に、該ステントの傾斜端部を同定するために、例えば、傾斜端部122、322の最も長い部分上のマーカー及び該端部の最も短い部分上のマーカーよりなす放射線不透過性マーカーを用いてもよい。又、更に、該ステントの他の部位及び/又は該給送装置上に追加してマーカーを用いてもよい。該ステント100,300は拡張ないし膨張可能あるいは自力で自動的に拡張するバルーンで構成できる。
自力で自動的に拡張するステントは、管径が大の血管等の管の場合などの特殊な状況で使用される。該ステント100,300は、金属材料あるいは非金属材料で形成される。
又逆に、1つの実施形態に表した本発明の種々の特徴は、これらを別途の複数ないし適宜の副実施形態で表すこともできる。
又、本願明細書に記載された全ての刊行物、特許、特許出願は本願明細書においてはそれらの内容の全体が本願明細書に関連する。更に、本願における引用資料等については、これら資料等が本発明に対して公知であると認容したものとは解釈されない。
Claims (3)
- チューブ状のステントであって、
拡張可能なステント壁と、該ステントの両端の間に延出する長手軸とを含み、
前記チューブ状ステントの拡張に際に、該ステントの両端のうち少なくとも1端が前記長手軸に対して直角をなす面に対して傾斜した角度をもつように形成されてなり、
前記拡張可能なステント壁は、本体部と端部とよりなり、該本体部はその枠体部材を有するとともに該端部はその枠体部材を有し、該端部の枠体部材は該本体部の枠体部材とは異なる形状を有してなり、
前記端部が、
三角形中央部材を備え、該三角形中央部材が、第1脚部及び第2脚部とを有する基端側端部と、該中央部材の頂部を有する先端側端部とを有することと、
前記三角形中央部材の上方に位置するとともに長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第1の枠体部材(168)を備え、該第1の枠体部材は、基端側端部(172)と先端側端部(174)とを有することと、
前記三角形中央部材の下方に位置するとともに長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第2の枠体部材(170)を備え、該第2の枠体部材は、基端側端部(173)と先端側端部(175)とを有することと、
前記三角形状中央部材に対してその先端部に位置する直線状枠体部材(176)を備え、該直線状枠体部材は、基端側端部(178)と先端側端部(180)とを有することと、よりなり、
前記三角形中央部材の基端側端部の該第1及び第2の脚部は、前記本体部の枠体部材に接続されるとともに、前記三角形中央部材の先端側端部は、前記直線状枠体部材(176)の基端側端部(178)に接続され、
前記長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く該第1及び第2の枠体部材(168,170)のそれぞれの基端側端部(172,173)は、前記本体部の枠体部材に接続されるとともに、前記長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く該第1及び第2の枠体部材のそれぞれの先端側端部(174,175)は、前記直線状枠体部材(176)の先端側端部(180)に接続されてなる、チューブ状ステント。 - チューブ状のステントであって、
拡張可能なステント壁と、該ステントの両端の間に延出する長手軸とを含み、
前記チューブ状ステントの拡張に際に、該ステントの両端のうち少なくとも1端が前記長手軸に対して直角をなす面に対して傾斜した角度をもつように形成されてなり、
前記拡張可能なステント壁は、本体部と端部とよりなり、該本体部はその枠体部材を有するとともに該端部はその枠体部材を有し、該端部の枠体部材は該本体部の枠体部材とは異なる形状を有してなり、
前記端部は、
長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第1の外縁枠部(368)と、
長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第2の外縁枠部(370)と、
基端側頂部と先端側頂部とを含む軸方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く部材(341)と、該部材は前記第1及び第2の外縁枠部の間に挟まれていることと、
軸方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く終端部片(356)と、
よりなり、
該終端部片(356)は、
前記軸方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く部材(341)の振幅よりも短い振幅を有する多重正弦曲線部(340)と、
該終端部片の一対の脚部(354)と、よりなり、
前記長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第1の外縁枠部(368)は、前記終端部片の前記一対の脚部の一方に接続され、
前記長手方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く第2の外縁枠部(370)は、前記終端部片の前記一対の脚部の他方に接続されてなる、チューブ状ステント。 - 前記本体部の枠体部材は、該長手軸の方向において基端側頂部と先端側頂部を有し、環状に配置され軸方向に沿って正弦曲線を描く枠体部材であり、該枠体部材は互いに近接した環状リングを形成し、第1の環状リングが接続部材を介して第2の環状リングに接続され、該第1の環状リングの先端側頂部を該第2の環状リングの基端側頂部に取り付けてなる、請求項1又は2に記載のチューブ状ステント。
