Description
1.1 以下の標準的なポリ(メタ)アクリレートグレードを使用した:
PMMA LG EG920 押出品質、MFR約1.4g/10分(ASTM D1238−230℃、3.8kg)LG製
PMMA LG EH910 押出品質、MFR約0.9g/10分(ASTM D1238−230℃、3.8kg)LG製
PMMA IF 870S 標準物質、MFR約20g/10分(ASTM D1238−230℃、3.8kg)LG製
PMMA IG 840 標準物質、MFR約5g/10分(ASTM D1238−230℃、3.8kg)LG製
耐衝撃性改良グレード:
PMMA HI 835S MFR約2.6g/10分(ASTM D1238−230℃、3.8kg)LG製
PleXiglas zk 50 MVR0.1cm3/10分(DIN EN ISO 1133−230℃、3.8kg)レーム製
1.2 以下のTPU物質も使用する:Elastollan A〜G
2.1 手動鋳造法によるTPU物質の製造
ポリオール及び鎖延長剤の主な組成物において定められた量は、ブリキ容器で測定され、一時的に窒素を充満させる。容器に蓋をし、オーブンで約90℃に加熱する。
それぞれのTPU−PMMA混合物は、軸の直径が35Dであり、10個のバレル部に分かれているBerstorff ZE 40 Aの二軸押出機を使用して製造され、その後、直径が30mmの軸を有するArburg 520Sの中で射出成形する。射出成形プラークの厚さは2mmであった。
全透過率、ヘイズ値及び透明度値をASTM D1003(工程A)に従って測定する。この値の全て(全透過率、ヘイズ及び透明度)は、ヘイズガードプラス−BYKガードナー製の装置を使用して測定した。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン及び少なくとも一種のポリ(メタ)アクリレートを含む組成物であって、
前記少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、(a)ヘキサメチレン1,6−ジイソシアネート(HDI)からなるイソシアネート、(b)少なくとも一種のジオールから選択されるイソシアネートに対して反応性の有る化合物、及び、(c)少なくとも一種の鎖延長剤の反応によって製造され、
(c)少なくとも一種の鎖延長剤が、エチレン1,2−グリコール、1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール及び1,6−ヘキサンジオールからなる群から選択される鎖延長剤であり、
(b)少なくとも1種のジオールが、ポリエステルジオール、ポリエーテルジオール、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択され、
前記組成物が、5質量%〜60質量%の範囲の量で前記少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含み、
前記組成物が、40〜95質量%の量で前記少なくとも一種のポリ(メタ)アクリレートを含み、前記組成物の全ての成分の合計が100質量%になることを特徴とする組成物。 - (b)少なくとも一種のジオールが、ポリエステルジオールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、DIN EN ISO 1133に従って測定すると、5〜200g/10分の範囲の溶融体積流量(MVR)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンのショア硬さ(ショアA)が、DIN 53505に従って測定すると、70〜100の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも一種のポリ(メタ)アクリレートに対する前記少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンの質量比が、1:5〜1:1の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物から製造される厚さ2mmの射出成形プラークが、ASTM D1003における2mmの試験片を使用する手順Aに従って測定すると、25未満のヘイズ値を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも一種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを、前記少なくとも一種のポリ(メタ)アクリレートと200〜260℃の範囲の温度で配合することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の組成物を製造する方法。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の組成物又は請求項7に記載の方法によって製造される組成物を含む成形品。
- 前記成形品が、箔であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の成形品。
- 箔を製造するための、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の組成物又は請求項7に記載の方法によって製造される組成物の使用方法。
- 成形品を被覆するための、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の組成物又は請求項7に記載の方法によって製造される組成物の使用方法。
