Description
73質量%の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレート(Evonik Roehm GmbH社からPlex(登録商標)ZK 5HCの商品名で市販されている)及び27質量%の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(Bayer AG社からDesmopan(登録商標)の商品名で市販されている)を含むプラスチック混合物を製造した。該耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートは、請求項1に相当するものではない。その際、かかる混合物は、EP−A−0272975号から公知である。
比較例1を、実質的には繰り返すが、その際、請求項1に記載の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートであって、Evonik Roehm GmbH社から商品名Plex(登録商標)8943−Fで得られるものを使用した。前記の混合物から冷却ロールプロセスによって製造されたシートは、押出方向で、1.4Nの引裂伝播力を示し、かつ押出方向に横切った方向で、1.7Nの引裂伝播力を示した。更に、公称破断点伸びを、室温、−10℃及び−30℃で測定した。その際、得られた値を第1表に挙げている。更に、応力白化試験を、室温で、−10℃で、かつ−30℃で実施した。その際、応力白化が生じなかった。
比較例1を実質的に繰り返すが、その際、該シートは、光沢プロセスによって製造した。製造されたシートは、押出方向において、0.65Nの引裂伝播力を示した。更に、公称破断点伸びを、室温、−10℃及び−30℃で測定した。その際、得られた値を第1表に挙げている。更に、応力白化試験を、室温で、−10℃で、かつ−30℃で実施した。その際、それぞれ応力白化が観察できた。
実施例1を実質的に繰り返すが、その際、該シートは、光沢プロセスによって製造した。製造されたシートは、押出方向において、1.5Nの引裂伝播力を示した。更に、公称破断点伸びを、室温、−10℃及び−30℃で測定した。その際、得られた値を第1表に挙げている。更に、応力白化試験を、室温で、−10℃で、かつ−30℃で実施した。その際、応力白化が生じなかった。
Claims (22)
- 少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンA)と少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)とを含むプラスチック混合物であって、前記耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)が、少なくとも70℃のガラス転移温度を有する硬質相と高くても−10℃のガラス転移温度を有する靱性相とを含み、前記靭性相が大きくても130nmの散乱光測定による平均粒度を有し、かつ前記靭性相の少なくとも一部が前記硬質相と共有結合されていることを特徴とするプラスチック混合物。
- 耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)の硬質相が、該耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)の硬質相の質量に対して、少なくとも80質量%の、メチルメタクリレートから誘導されている繰返単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)の靭性相が、該耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)の靭性相の質量に対して、少なくとも50質量%の、1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルアクリレートから誘導されている繰返単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 硬質相の少なくとも15質量%が、靭性相と共有結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 靭性相に共有結合している硬質相と、耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)の靭性相との質量比が、少なくとも1:10であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 靭性相が、大きくても70nmの平均粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)が、多くても0.05質量%の水溶性の成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- ポリウレタンA)が、多くても10質量%の、芳香族基を有する繰返単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- ポリウレタンA)と、耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)との質量比が、10:1〜1:10の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)とは異なるポリ(メタ)アクリレートC)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)と、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートC)との質量比が、10:1〜1:10の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- ポリウレタンA)と、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートC)との質量比が、10:1〜1:10の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 少なくとも1種の紫外線吸収剤を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 少なくとも1種の艶消し剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 艶消し剤がプラスチック粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 10〜60質量%のポリウレタンA)と、10〜60質量%の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 10〜40質量%のポリウレタンA)と、10〜40質量%の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)と、40〜80質量%のポリ(メタ)アクリレートC)と、0〜30質量%の添加剤とからなることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 少なくとも60%の透過率(D65及び10゜で3mmの層厚を有する試験体で測定)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物。
- 請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物の製造方法であって、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンA)と、少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良されたポリメチルメタクリレートB)とを配合することを特徴とするプラスチック混合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物を含む成形体。
- シートであることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の成形体。
- 請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック混合物を含む被覆を有することを特徴とする、請求項20又は21に記載の成形体。
