Description
第1部材におけるU字状断面の縁部において第1部材と当接する、車両搭載時に左右方向に対になって配置された第2部材と、を有するトーションビーム式サスペンションである。トーションビーム式サスペンションは、第1部材の車両搭載時における左右に配置された一対の構成部材と一対の第2部材とを備えて構成され車体の前後方向に伸延し上下に揺動しうる左右のトレーリングアームと、第1部材において一対の構成部材の間に配置される断面が開口を備えたU字状のトーションビームと、を有する。第2部材は構成部材の開口を塞ぐ塞ぎ部と、塞ぎ部からトーションビームのU字状断面の底部に向って傾斜しト
ーションビームと接合する接合部と、前記塞ぎ部から前記トーションビームのU字状断面の底部に向って傾斜する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部から車両搭載状態における左右方向の内方に伸延する伸延部と、前記伸延部における内方の縁を立ち上げて形成した立ち上がり部と、を備える。

Claims (5)
- 断面がU字状に形成された開口を備える第1部材と、
前記第1部材におけるU字状断面の縁部において前記第1部材と当接する、車両搭載時に左右方向に対になって配置された第2部材と、を有するトーションビーム式サスペンションであって、
前記第1部材の車両搭載時における左右に配置された一対の構成部材と前記一対の第2部材とを備えて構成され車体の前後方向に伸延し上下に揺動しうる左右のトレーリングアームと、
前記第1部材において前記一対の構成部材の間に配置される断面が開口を備えたU字状のトーションビームと、を有し、
前記第2部材は前記構成部材の前記開口を塞ぐ塞ぎ部と、前記塞ぎ部から前記トーションビームのU字状断面の底部に向って傾斜し前記トーションビームと接合する接合部と、前記塞ぎ部から前記トーションビームのU字状断面の底部に向って傾斜する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部から車両搭載状態における左右方向の内方に伸延する伸延部と、前記伸延部における内方の縁を立ち上げて形成した立ち上がり部と、を備えるトーションビーム式サスペンション。
- 前記接合部は、前記トーションビームの内壁において前記トーションビームと溶接接合される請求項1に記載のトーションビーム式サスペンション。
- 前記第1部材は、前記第2部材の前記塞ぎ部から前記接合部まで連続して接合される請求項1または2に記載のトーションビーム式サスペンション。
- 前記トーションビームの前記U字状断面内部に配置され前記トーションビームの剛性を調整する剛性強化部材をさらに有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトーションビーム式サスペンション。
- 前記接合部は前記塞ぎ部から2以上に分岐した分岐形状を有し、前記剛性強化部材は複数の前記分岐形状の間を挿通して配置される請求項4に記載のトーションビーム式サスペンション。
