Claims (9)
- 減衰流体マウントであって、
内側部材と、
前記内側部材の外面に固着されたエラストマー部と、
前記内側部材の底部に取り付けられた環状減衰プレートと、
粘性流体を収容し、前記エラストマー部および前記減衰プレートの周囲に配置されたカップと、
前記エラストマー部の一部の周囲に配置され、前記減衰プレートの外径よりも小さい内径を有するカラーと、
を備え、
前記カップの一部は、予圧された前記エラストマー部の一部に半径方向に圧着された減衰流体マウントにおいて、
前記環状減衰プレートの外径は、圧着された前記カップの一部の内径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、減衰流体マウント。 - 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記エラストマー部の予圧部分の半径方向予圧は、前記エラストマー部の未圧縮厚さの約5%〜約30%の範囲である、減衰流体マウント。
- 請求項2に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記エラストマー部の予圧部分の半径方向予圧は、前記エラストマー部の未圧縮厚さの約12%〜約20%である、減衰流体マウント。
- 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記カラーが、圧着された前記カップの一部の周囲に配置されている、減衰流体マウント。
- 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記カップは、前記エラストマー部および前記減衰プレートの下側部分の周囲に配置されるが、前記エラストマー部の上側部分は、前記カップ内に収容されず、かつ、
前記カラーは、前記エラストマー部の前記上側部分の周囲に配置されている、減衰流体マウント。 - 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、更に、エラストマー輪郭内に一体化され、前記エラストマー輪郭に一致するように圧着されたリングを備え、
前記リングの直径は、前記カップの圧着部分の内径より大きい、減衰流体マウント。 - 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記エラストマー部は、所望の1G静荷重定格に対応する弾性率を有するよう選択されたエラストマー材料を備える、減衰流体マウント。
- 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記カップは、粘性流体および空気を、予期される動作振動数での所望の荷重応答性に対応する比となるよう収容している、減衰流体マウント。
- 請求項1に記載の減衰流体マウントであって、前記カップは、前記カップの開口端部にフランジを備え、
前記カラーは前記フランジに固定されている、減衰流体マウント。
