Description
その後、構造骨部7上の屋根板の上に型枠(図示せず)を組み、この型枠内にコンクリートを打設することにより、PC製でドーム状の外槽屋根、すなわち本発明に係るドーム状屋根を得る。
例えば、前記実施形態では全ての屋根骨6に吊り点12を設け、吊り点12を設けた全ての屋根骨6に対して車輪9を取り付けるようにしたが、吊り点12や車輪9については全ての屋根骨6に取り付けることなく、一部の屋根骨6のみに取り付けるようにしてもよい。その場合にも、前記実施形態と同様に、従来に比べてコストを低減することができる。
Claims (4)
- 円筒状の下部構造体の上にドーム状屋根を施工する方法であって、
前記下部構造体内にて屋根骨を平面視して放射状に組んで前記ドーム状屋根の構造骨部を形成する工程と、
屋根板を連結する工程と、
前記構造骨部の上に、前記屋根板を固定する工程と
前記屋根板を前記構造骨部の上に固定した後、前記屋根骨の先端部に前記屋根骨の延長線に沿って取付アームを取り付け、前記取付アームの先端部に車輪を回転自在に軸支することにより、車輪を取り付けるとともに、該車輪を前記下部構造体の内面に対して、上下方向への回転走行が可能な状態に当接させる工程と、
前記下部構造体の上端側に設置したジャッキアップ装置によって前記構造骨部を吊り上げ、前記車輪を前記下部構造体の内面に対して上方に回転走行させる工程と、
前記構造骨部を前記下部構造体の上端側に吊り上げた後、前記構造骨部を前記下部構造体の上端部に直接、あるいは間接的に取り付けて固定する工程と、を備えることを特徴とするドーム状屋根の施工方法。 - 前記構造骨部を平面視し、該構造骨部の中心を回転中心としたとき、前記車輪を前記構
造骨部に対して回転対称に配置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のドーム状屋根の施工
方法。 - 前記車輪を、前記ジャッキアップ装置によって吊り上げる吊り点を有する屋根骨の全て
に、取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のドーム状屋根の施工方法。 - 前記屋根骨の全てに、前記ジャッキアップ装置によって吊り上げる吊り点を設けること
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のドーム状屋根の施工方法。
