Description
Claims (6)
- バッテリからの直流電力を半導体素子によって交流電力に変換し、前記交流電力を三相のモータに供給するインバータ装置であって、
前記半導体素子及び/又は当該半導体素子周辺の第1温度を検出する第1温度検出部と、
前記モータの電流を検出する電流検出部と、
前記第1温度検出部による前記第1温度の検出結果と、前記電流検出部による前記電流の検出結果とに基づいて、二相変調方式又は三相変調方式を選択し、選択した前記モータの変調方式に切り替える制御部と、を備える、インバータ装置。 - 前記制御部は、
横軸に前記第1温度及び縦軸に前記電流が設定されていると共に、前記二相変調方式を選択する二相変調領域及び前記三相変調方式を選択する三相変調領域が設定されているマップに、前記第1温度の検出結果及び前記電流の検出結果を適用し、
前記第1温度の検出結果及び前記電流の検出結果が前記二相変調領域に存在する場合には前記二相変調方式を選択し、前記第1温度の検出結果及び前記電流の検出結果が前記三相変調領域に存在する場合には前記三相変調方式を選択する、請求項1に記載のインバータ装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1温度検出部によって検出された前記第1温度の値が所定の閾値以上となった場合に、前記半導体素子の駆動に用いるキャリア信号のキャリア周波数を基準周波数よりも低く設定する、請求項1又は2に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記キャリア周波数を、可聴周波数帯域に設定する、請求項3に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記半導体素子の入力側で且つ前記バッテリに並列に接続されたコンデンサと、
前記コンデンサ及び/又は当該コンデンサ周辺の第2温度を検出する第2温度検出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第2温度検出部によって検出された前記第2温度の値が所定の閾値以下である場合に、前記キャリア周波数を基準周波数よりも高く設定する、請求項3又は4に記載のインバータ装置。 - 前記バッテリの容量を検出する容量検出部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記容量検出部によって検出された前記バッテリの容量の値が所定の閾値以下である場合に、前記キャリア周波数を基準周波数よりも低く設定する、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ装置。
