Claims (8)
- 開気孔を有し、金属焼結材料を含み、6つの面を持つ平板状の回転翼型ポンプ用最終形状翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)の製造方法に関し、
上記翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)の製造方法が、
1又は2以上の上側パンチ(37、50)、1又は2以上の下側パンチ(36、49)及び1又は2以上のダイ(35、53)を備える粉末成形プレスを用いて粉末混合物を圧縮(8、15、20)によって成形体を形成する工程、
焼結炉の中での上記成形体の焼結(9、16、21)によって、オーステナイト構造を有する焼結部品を形成する工程、
上記焼結部品を上記焼結炉内で、上記焼結部品のマルテンサイト開始温度よりも低い温度まで焼き入れ、上記焼結部品を硬化させる工程(3、11、17、22)、
上記焼結炉内で上記焼結部品を焼き戻す工程(4、11、18、23)、及び
上記焼結炉からの取り出し(5、10、19、24)として、上記焼結部品を最終形状翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)として取り出す工程(5、10、19、24)
を少なくとも含み、
上記翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)の上記6つの面のうち面積が最大の第1側面(30、42、48、57)及び上記第1側面(30、42、48、57)に対向する第2側面(31)を、上記粉末成形プレスの上記ダイ(35、53)によって形成し、
上記翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)の上記第1側面(30、42、48、57)及び上記第2側面(31)以外の4つの面のうち、対向する第1端面(27、41、51、56、63)及び第2端面(52)、或いは対向する第1輪郭表面(28、33、39、46、55)及び第2輪郭表面(29、34、40、47)を、上記粉末成形プレスの上記上側パンチ(37、50)及び上記下側パンチ(36、49)を用いて加圧下で形成し、
上記焼結部品を最終形状翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)として取り出した後に上記翼の許容誤差を発現させるための上記翼の機械加工を行わない回転翼型ポンプ用最終形状翼の製造方法。 - 上記翼の圧縮(8、15、20)が、加圧下で、上記第1輪郭表面(28、33、39、46、55)を上記粉末成形プレスの少なくとも1つの下側パンチ(36、49)によって形成し、上記第2輪郭表面(29、34、40、47)を上記粉末成形プレスの少なくとも1つの上側パンチ(37、50)によって形成することにより行われ、上記第1端面(27、41、51、56、63)、第2端面(52)、第1側面(30、42、48、57)及び第2側面(31)が上記粉末成形プレスの少なくとも1つのダイ(35、53)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記焼結工程(9、16、21)が1050℃〜1300℃の温度範囲内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 上記焼き入れが、直接的な空気吹込みによって100℃〜300℃の温度範囲内の温度まで行われることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記焼結部品の焼き戻し(4、11、18、23)が150℃〜300℃の温度範囲内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記焼結部品が最終形状翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)として取り出された(5、10、19、24)後に上記最終形状翼(26、32、38、45、54、62)のバリ取り(7、14、25)が行われることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記粉末混合物が以下の成分:
Cu 0〜5.0重量%、
Mo 0.2〜4.0重量%、
Ni 0〜6.0重量%、
Cr 0〜3.0重量%、
Si 0〜2.0重量%、
Mn 0〜1.0重量%、
C 0.2〜3.0重量%、及び
Fe 残りの部分
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記粉末混合物が以下の成分:
Cu 1.0〜3.0重量%、
Mo 1.0〜2.0重量%、
C 0.4〜0.8重量%、
Ni、Cr、Si、Mnからなる群から選択される1以上の元素 0〜2.0重量%、及び
Fe 残りの部分
を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
